07Growing Prosperity: Focus on Being A Blessing!
Filed in: Biblical Prosperity by Admin on 03-07-12Growing Prosperity: Focus on Being A Blessing!
The Power of Flowing Prosperity
Growing prosperity is an ever-increasing
manifestation of God’s abundance in our lives.
God desires that we prosper and
He is pleased when His blessings are
flowing through our lives.
A key here is “flowing through.”
Prosperity doesn’t come into our lives only to bless us personally. The reason we are blessed is to be a blessing. The prosperity that comes into our lives is meant to be shared and flow through our lives to bless others.
You see, when the prosperity stops with “me,” it also stops growing. In order to get, we have to give. The “miracle” happens when the heart of our focus is upward and outward and we purpose to make our lives a blessing to God and others.
A DESTRUCTIVE FOCUS
Sadly, the main focus in today’s society is on self. The majority of people are primarily concerned about how they will benefit themselves and how their own lives will improve. Masses of people are self absorbed and have an attitude of “What’s in it for me?”
The catch here is that these people are, usually unknowingly, participating in self-destructive behavior. This self-focus hinders prosperity and at the same time encourages poverty and lack.
The good news is that we have the option to change our focus, and change our future. We can choose to adjust our focus and begin to see growing prosperity in all areas of our lives.
A POSITIVE FOCUS – BE A BLESSING
Powerful forces are unleashed when we focus on the positive, and focus on being a blessing. And keep in mind: this is not in reference to the financial realm only, but all areas of life; spiritually, physically, and financially.
The following areas of focus are meant to help give some insight and direction in keeping a positive focus:
Focus on GIVING – Not Getting
God gave so we can give. None of the gifts and blessings we receive should be self absorbed. Nothing we have is meant to be hoarded. We are told to be good stewards over all that has been given to us. Giving and sharing is a basic elementary principle. We are blessed to be a blessing. And the great thing is, when we give we receive and prosperity continues to flow through our lives.
“Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over.”
– Luke 6:38
Focus on Serving Others
God gave us family and friends, and our relationships come with the responsibility to help one another. Of course we all have needs, but the trouble starts when we put our focus on our own personal needs not being met. Soon frustration, bitterness, and anger creeps in because of what another person is not doing. But our focus needs to be on “What can I do to help meet their need?” and not on what they can do to meet mine.
Initially this doesn’t seem to make sense and you’re probably asking “How then will my needs get met?” Well the first thing to keep in mind is that we can’t change another person, we can only change ourselves. And when we focus on meeting the needs of others, our lives have purpose, our love grows, our trust in God grows, and ironically we find our greatest needs met.
When our focus is on meeting the needs of others and trusting God to meet ours, we also live with a great sense of peace.
“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
– Philippians 4:6-7
Focus on Living Life with a Positive Purpose
Life is short. We should live with a purpose to be positive, godly examples and good stewards over the time we are given. It is important to be a life-long student and teacher; always learning and always passing on that knowledge. Ultimately, teaching others how to teach.
“That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children.”
– Psalm 78:6
Empower your communication with purpose and be a blessing in words. Much of our communication today lacks power because it lacks purpose.
Focus on Love
Live life with a purpose to do all things in love. Let love be a primary focus and measure of giving. Remember, God so loved that He gave. God gave first – let us focus on His example of abundant loving and giving, and follow it.
Bottom line: Focus on being a blessing and unleash powerful forces in your life! Be generous, serve, purpose to empower others, and love abundantly. Turn your focus upward and outward. Always allow your blessings to flow through your life and you’ll continue to experience an ever-increasing manifestation of God’s abundance.
May you be blessed to be a blessing and live a life of growing prosperity!
God bless you always -

07Growing Prosperity – The Power of Believing and Receiving Manifests Abundance!
Filed in: Biblical Prosperity by Admin on 12-07-11Growing Prosperity – The Power of Believing and Receiving Manifests Abundance!
Dare to Believe and Activate Your Faith
Believing is receiving and receiving is believing;
this is true to a great degree.
Why?
Because we must first believe in something
if we want to receive and manifest
the abundance of it into our lives.
“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”
– Mark 11:24
BELIEVING AND RECEIVING
When we believe, we accept the truth, existence, reliability, or value of something; we also put our confidence, faith, and trust in that thing.
Receiving is very similar in its definition. When we receive, we grab or take hold of something (physically or mentally); we take it into the mind and accept it as true.
So whether you are believing or receiving, you are taking hold of and accepting something. Believing something in the spiritual realm is receiving it into the heart. If we need a physical manifestation, it will come after we believe.
“If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”
– Jesus Christ, Mark 9:23
The world tells us to believe it when we see it. However, when we operate by God’s principles, we must learn to believe first, and then we will manifest in the natural what we have already believed and received in our heart.
POWER TO MANIFEST ABUNDANCE
Faith is a noun; it is the evidence of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1) Believe is the verb form of faith, so believing is faith in action. Faith holds a powerful force just waiting to be used.
Believing is the process of receiving and manifesting the reality of our hopes into our lives. Believing also requires actions that reflect what we believe. For Christians, faith in action is believing and obeying the Word of God. Christians are called believers for a reason – they believe.
Faith is God’s reality, and believing is putting action to that reality and tapping into the abundance of God.
If, for example, we have faith in God’s promise to prosper the works of our hands (Deuteronomy 28: 1,8) then we believe that promise is already ours and we act accordingly…
We hold fast the vision of prosperity in our heart and receive it in the natural by acting according to God’s principles of prosperity. We do not go around saying “I’m always broke, I’ll never get ahead so there’s no use trying.” Instead, we get our thoughts, words, and actions in line with God’s, because believing makes the power of God a reality in our lives.
Jesus asks us in John 11:40, “Did I not tell you and promise you that if you would believe and rely on Me, you would see the glory of God?”
If we choose to believe it is possible, God’s glory can be manifested in us and on us. But we must have faith in God. (Mark 11:22)
Why let your faith go to waste? God is searching for those who will believe and receive. Why not start expecting more of His glory in your life? God is waiting to manifest His glory to you and through you. His desire is that you be blessed to be a blessing. And there is no greater abundance to manifest and share than the abundance of God!
May your faith grow strong as you believe and receive an abundant life of growing prosperity!
Be Blessed to Be a Blessing!

01Growing Prosperity: Can Giving Be The Secret to Abundant and Joyful Living?
Filed in: Biblical Prosperity by Admin on 11-01-11Growing Prosperity: Can Giving Be The Secret to Abundant and Joyful Living?
Discover the Giving Secret
Growing prosperity includes abundant and joyful living.
The secret in the growing prosperity equation is giving.
Giving maintains a generous heart.
A generous heart is the heart of God;
and those with a generous spirit are blessed with
an abundance of peace and joy.
“God loves a cheerful giver.”
– 2 Corinthians 9:7
Generous Giving
Generosity, as a way of life, should be a given for Christian believers. Why? Because having freely received we should have a heart to freely give. (Matthew 10:8) Generous giving should not be a religious duty, but a joyful response to God’s saving grace.
“He that spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?”
– Romans 8:32
We should have an attitude of joy when giving, knowing the gracious gift the Lord has given us.
Give generously to him and do so without a grudging heart; then because of this the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and in everything you put your hand to. (Deuteronomy 15:10)
Giving Is The Cure For Greed
Greed hardens the heart and takes one’s eyes off the Lord and puts it on money and possessions. This ultimately leads to unhappiness and self-destruction.
Giving allows a person to choose where they want their heart to be. Your heart follows your money. Why not let your heart be involved in godly and good things?
“Where your treasure is, their will your heart be also.”
– Luke 12:34
We are warned by Paul, in 1 Timothy 6:17-19, not to be arrogant and put hope in wealth, which is uncertain, but to put our hope in God. It is God who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. We are told do good and be generous and willing to share. This will not only lay up treasures in heaven, but let us take hold of the life that is truly life.
Give Abundantly – Reap Abundantly
Giving and receiving go hand-in-hand. Giving opens the door to receiving. When we give generously and abundantly we reap abundantly.
- Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. (2 Corinthians 9:6-9)
- Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. (Luke 6:38)
- There is one who scatters, yet increases more…The generous soul will be made rich,?And he who waters will also be watered himself. (Proverbs 11: 24-25)
- He who is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward him for what he has done. (Proverbs 19:17)
When we give, we reap the joy of sharing! Jesus himself said: “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” (Acts 20:35)
Blessed To Be A Blessing
When God prospers and blesses us, it is so that we can in turn be a blessing and give to others.
“I will bless you… and you will be a blessing.”
– Genesis 12:2
You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and so that your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. (2 Corinthians 9:10-11)
God not only allows us to enjoy our blessings, but He wants us to enjoy them. But remember, the main reason God blesses us is so that we may be a blessing to others. You will be amazed how much God will bless you if you are simply willing to be a channel of blessings for others.
Bottom line: Give. Give a little or give a lot as you are able. Give wisely and with a cheerful heart. Let the secret of giving bless you with an abundance of peace and joy in your life.
May God continue to bless you as you continue to be a blessing to others and abound in growing prosperity!

14Abundant Attitude – Think Like a Prosperous Winner and Stop Whining!
Filed in: Law of Attraction by Admin on 08-14-11Abundant Attitude – Think Like a Prosperous Winner and Stop Whining!
Think Abundance - Attract Abundance
Abundance is all around us in many ways.
The abundance of God is a never ending supply and flow.
In order to see and tap into this supply requires
an abundant attitude.
God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all
that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. (Ephesians 3:20)
A Prosperous Winner or a Poor Whiner?
There is so much whining and complaining going on these days. I’m sure today alone you’ve heard someone complain about school, family, friends, work, the boss, lack of money, traffic, waiting in line, and more.
What happened to a little gratitude and appreciation? Where is the thankfulness for all the abundant blessing in our lives?
For those whining about their boss and job, there are many who would be more than thankful to have a job with even the worst boss. For all those complainers, there are many people in worse situations that would gladly trade places with them.
Choose not to worry, whine, and complain about life’s challenging circumstances. They only thing whining will accomplish is to attract more of the negative things you are whining about.
Put on an Abundant Attitude and Think Prosperous
The Word of God has the power to cause us to prosper, but we have to put it to work in our lives by meditating on it, speaking it, and doing it.
“As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.”
– Proverbs 23:7
Keep your life in perspective and have an abundant attitude by giving God thanks for all that is going well and all you are blessed with. Think and focus on the positive and attract a greater flow of the abundance of God in your life.
When God’s Word and His principles are first place in our lives, our attitudes and thoughts will begin to line up with His, and we’ll act accordingly.
“Then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.”
– Joshua 1:8
Speak and confess success and the abundance of God flowing in your life. The power of His Word at work in our hearts will cause us to have thankful, grateful hearts; able to see the blessings all around us.
Is the abundance of God flowing in your life? God has created a system that will produce abundance in our lives. Blessings will come to those who operate in it; even when others experience lack. Choose to think prosperous and put on an abundant attitude!
May you have an abundant attitude and a life flowing with growing prosperity!

12Growing Prosperity: 5 Things You Need to Abundantly Receive the Abundance of God!
Filed in: Biblical Prosperity by Admin on 05-12-11Growing Prosperity: 5 Things You Need to Abundantly Receive the Abundance of God!
Is Your Measure of Prosperity Limited by Your Ability to Receive?
by many human factors,
including our ability to receive.
If we were to enjoy the abundance of God
according to His willingness and ability to give,
there would be no poverty among us; for surely there is no lack in God!
The Giver and The Receiver
If you were given the choice to prosper according to your ability to ask and receive, or according to God’s willingness to give, what would you choose?
Who would even hesitate to choose the generous giving of God? We cannot even want a blessing that God has made available as eagerly as He wants to give it to us!
Our asking is limited by human factors. And our boldest request is sure to be small compared to God’s unlimited willingness to give and His boundless ability to perform what He wills.
“Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.”
– Ephesians 3:20
God is infinite, but it is not enough that we acknowledge the infinite abundance of God. We must also believe that He is infinitely generous to give and bless us out of His abundance.
So let me ask you: Why are Christians so poverty stricken? Their God is the Most High God, possessor of heaven and earth, and rich beyond the powers of man to comprehend. Well of course, the problem is not with God the giver. The problem is on our receiving end, so let’s take a look at that.
5 Things You Need to Abundantly Receive the Abundance of God:
1. FAITH
Only a little faith is required to believe that God is infinitely abundant. However, to believe that God is a generous giver as well as the possessor of infinite abundance requires an advanced faith.
We need to be convinced that God is generous, goodhearted, kind and ready to pour out His blessings upon us. To gain a personal revelation of this and increase our faith, meditating on the Word and immersing ourselves in the Scriptures is a must. This will help validate our expectations.
Faith needs to be exercised to be effective and help us grow in our ability and capacity to receive abundantly. So believe God for financial abundance, spiritual abundance, and also abundance of love, joy, and peace. Have faith in God to prosper in every area of your life.
2. RECEPTIVE MINDSET
A receptive mindset to prosper is needed to receive in a greater capacity. This requires changing our focus from a scarcity mentality, to a more than enough mentality. The world would have us focus on lack, shortages, and loss to destroy our abundant mindset.
But, God is the God of more than enough and we should not put limits on Him. Our focus should be on the abundant promises in His Word.
Whatever you lack, believe God for it and expect to receive. Believe that God will supply all your needs; believe that He meets your needs and provides for those who seek Him.
3. RESPONSIBILITY
A serious responsibility goes along with the abundance that is manifested in our lives. Selfish stewardship over the gifts, talents, and blessings we receive can destroy their usefulness and our ability to receive more.
The gifts we have been blessed with are meant to be used to benefit others; not only ourselves. We are blessed to be a blessing.
4. GENEROSITY
Generosity opens the door to receiving. Giving and receiving go hand-in-hand. The more we give the more we receive. A generous heart is the heart of God and those with a generous spirit are blessed.
“Give, and it shall be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over… For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
– Luke 6:38
5. THANKFULNESS
It is impossible to be too thankful to God, but it might be good to try. It is God’s will that we give thanks in everything. (1 Thessalonians 5:18) Those who maintain an attitude of gratitude also keep their ability to receive wide open.
Now what? Are you ready to receive in a measure more in keeping with God’s liberality? If so, then it is time for you to make these five things part of your life and abundantly start receiving the abundance of God.
May your ability to receive continue to increase and move you into an abundant life of growing prosperity!

04Prosper and Experience the Good Life – 2 Keys to Discovering God’s Best!
Filed in: Biblical Prosperity by Admin on 04-04-11Prosper and Experience the Good Life – 2 Keys to Discovering God’s Best!
2 Keys to Discovering GOD’s Best!
Prosper and live the good life.
Are you one of the many seeking
to experience the good life?
Have you been searching for a
secret formula to have God’s best
poured out on your life?
The thing is, as we make decisions every day, our choices determine the quality of our lives. This is why it is very important to seek God’s guidance in order to experience His best.
How do we discover God’s best? The answer is two-fold.
2 KEYS TO DISCOVERING GOD’S BEST:
1. Realize that God’s Way is the Best Way
We must first realize that God’s way is the best way.
“My ways are higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.”
– Isaiah 55:9
Realizing that God’s way is better than our way is a difficult process for many of us. We like to think that we can figure things out on our own. We pride ourselves that we don’t need help from anyone else as we wrestle with our troubles and decisions.
However, our pride only keeps us from enjoying God’s best. And as many of us have already discovered, pride comes before the fall. (Proverbs 16:18)
We must understand that God longs to help us and bless us. There is truly no one who knows our needs better than He does.
“’For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’”
– Jeremiah 29:11 NIV
Acknowledging this opens our hearts to the second key that will help us discover God’s best.
2. Learn to Listen to God’s Voice
When we understand the first key, and that God not only knows our needs better than anyone else, but that He also longs to bless us, our hearts will be fertile ground to receive His guidance and instruction.
We can then begin to welcome the promptings of the Holy Spirit and to find practical insight for our daily lives as we read God’s Word.
“And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, This is the way, walk in it, when you turn to the right hand, and when you turn to the left.”
– Isaiah 30:21
A true indicator of hearing God’s voice will be a new and complete sense of peace. Jesus said that He gives peace “not as the world gives” (John 14:27), but “a peace that passes understanding.” (Phil. 4:7) His peace, then, must be the guiding force of each decision we make.
Get started today: Choose to let the peace of God guide you in your next important decision, while keeping in mind that God’s best will far exceed any good thing you could create on your own. Put these two keys to work in your daily life choices and get on track to discovering God’s best.
May you allow God’s voice to guide you into His best and a life of growing prosperity!

03Attracting Abundance – 4 Keys Open Treasures of Supernatural Prosperity!
Filed in: Law of Prosperity by Admin on 03-03-11Attracting Abundance – 4 Keys Open Treasures of Supernatural Prosperity!
Stop Chasing and Start Attracting Abundance
Supernatural prosperity is a treasure to receive.
If you want to be a channel for God’s prosperity,
then stop chasing after it and start attracting it,
by applying God’s “mysterious” laws of multiplication.
How do you attract it?
Through calculated laws of giving.
Certain laws of abundance can be applied to our lives. Stop chasing after the harvest and start attracting it by putting the laws of the harvest into motion through giving.
4 Keys Help Open Treasures of Supernatural Prosperity:
1. Giving Manifests What You Give
The first key to attracting supernatural prosperity is understanding that you reap what you sow. Like produces like, and you only reap the kind of crop you plant. If you apply this law to your giving, you’ll find that giving produces what you give.
“Be not deceived; God is not mocked:
for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.”
– Galatians 6:7
Plant wheat, and get wheat. Plant love, and reap love. Give time, and reap time. If you give money, you can expect a financial blessing. God says, “Give, and it shall be given unto you…”
2. Reap More Than You Sow
The second law of harvest is that each seed planted, always multiplies itself. One bushel of wheat planted can bring a harvest of 25-40 bushels. Consider what a single seed of corn will produce?
The key here is that seed sown multiplies. Plant one seed and get more back. John 12:24 tells us a planted corn of wheat brings forth much fruit.
When giving to God, you can expect to receive more than the seed gift given.
“Give, and it will be given to you:
good measure, pressed down, shaken together,
and running over will be put into your bosom.”
– Luke 6:38
3. The Measure You Give is the Measure You Manifest
This third law is this: You always reap in proportion to how much you sow. If you sow a few seeds, you can’t expect an abundant harvest. Stinginess may lead to poverty, but generosity leads to prosperity.
“A generous soul is made rich.”
– Proverbs 11:25
The more you give the more you will receive, and it will be measured back to you in the same measure that you gave. (Luke 6:38b) Give by the cupful, and it will come back to you by the cupful. Give by the truckload, and it will come back to you by the truckload.
4. Remain Faithful Until Harvest Time
There is a season to sow and a season to reap. In the meantime, planted seeds need to be cared for. This law of the harvest says you must remain faithful to the crop in order to receive an abundant harvest.
A farmer doesn’t plant one week and expect a harvest the next. They reap in a different season than they sow. They understand there is seed sowing, then time, then harvest.
Giving is not finished after planting the seeds. The key is to give faithful time and effort to cultivate the field; then when the harvest comes it will be abundant. Seeds tended to and cared for produce abundance.
After giving of time, love, money, etcetera, we must continue to faithfully pray and confess God’s Word until the harvest is manifested.
Keep in mind: Regardless of prior year harvests, what happens in the future depends upon the seeds you sow now – today! Every day you miss sowing is a day you miss harvesting.
Giving to God is the key to opening the treasures of supernatural prosperity. And this will help appropriate God’s richest blessings in every part of your life.
Want to be a channel for God’s prosperity? Then get started today with a determined plan of giving. Remember you need to sow now in order to reap later. Put these four keys of giving to work and open the treasures of the never ending supply of God’s supernatural prosperity.
May your generous, abundant giving make you a channel for God’s supernatural prosperity and fill your life with growing prosperity!
Be blessed to be a blessing -

21Growing Prosperity – Do These 2 Roadblocks Detour You from Receiving God’s Best?
Filed in: Biblical Prosperity by Admin on 02-21-11Growing Prosperity – Do These 2 Roadblocks Detour You from Receiving God’s Best?
Roadblocks In Our Way of Receiving God’s Best
Growing prosperity requires making
wise choices in our everyday decisions.
Do you understand that God longs
to help you and bless you, and there is truly no one
who knows your needs better than He does?
If so, you’ll understand the importance of seeking His guidance in order to experience His best.
Seeking God’s best in our life decisions requires accepting God’s way and listening to His voice. There are however, some potential roadblocks that can stand in the way of receiving His best.
Do these 2 Roadblocks Detour You from Receiving God’s Best?
1. FOCUSING ON THE PROBLEM
A primary roadblock to making wise decisions is taking our eyes off God. Many times, when unforeseen trials or storms of life blow through, we place our focus on the problem instead of the ultimate solution, which is God’s wisdom.
When problems show up, we must not look at our shortcomings and inabilities. We must also avoid comparing ourselves to others. Instead, we must pray for the wisdom of God; which He says if we lack then to simply ask for it. (James 1:5)
“And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, ‘This is the way, walk in it,’ when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left.”
– Isaiah 30:21
It is great to know that we can count on the Lord to help us overcome roadblocks to wise decision making. When our trust is in Him, and our focus on Him, He will guide our paths according to His will.
2. DETOURS FROM THE ENEMY
Another set of roadblocks we are likely to encounter are detours from Satan. The enemy will do everything in his power to lead us away from God’s best and into a foolish decision. We must discard ungodly counsel and be keenly aware of his conniving schemes.
Do not be ignorant of this roadblock. The Bible says that Satan is “like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” (1 Peter 5:8)
Do not be fearful of this roadblock either. We must pray for protection and rely upon the discernment of the Holy Spirit in order to avoid disastrous detours. We must submit to God, and then resist the devil and he will flee from us. (James 4:7)
In any state of weakness, that hinders our decision making, we must call upon the strength of the Lord. God has said, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)
Now that you know this: Choose to let the wisdom and peace of God guide you in your next important decision. Begin to welcome the promptings of the Holy Spirit. Find practical insights and strength for daily living in the Word of God. Keep in mind: God’s best will far exceed any good thing we could create on our own.
May you experience God’s best and live a life of growing prosperity!
Be blessed to be a blessing -
