I recently heard Jorge Cruise interviewed by Mike Koenigs regarding making positive, healthy diet changes.
In the interview they discussed Jorge’s latest book “The Belly Fat Cure.” He pointed out that so many people struggle with not losing weight even after diligently counting calories and faithfully exercising.
The key factor that he found got results in his life, and is now helping others, is the understanding, identifying, and elimination of extreme unwanted amounts of sugar the majority of people consume.
I find this interesting since the “sugar culprit” seems to be an ongoing thread in my own life…
My mom was a so called “health food nut” when I was younger and she eliminated most sugar from our diet. One of my brothers went through a lot of whole and living foods courses and he’s always preached the destructive and addicting effects of sugar. And recently I’ve listened to a number of interviews with nutritionist, Karen Hurd, and she goes into great detail on all the different harmful effects sugar has on our body (not just weight gain).
In my personal diet over the last few years I noticed sugar triggering some unwanted reactions, and I was forced to make some changes. So anyway, all that to say, this interview and book sparked my interest and I thought I’d point it out.

Weight Loss Program Review: Fat Loss 4 Idiots
The Journey to Reaching Your Ideal Healthy Weight
Weight loss is a painful struggle in many people’s lives. The reasons and causes of weight gain are numerous and vary from person to person. A variety of health issues and imbalances, mental struggles, a lack of self-discipline, and unhealthy food choices around every corner, are just a few of the culprits.
As with any area in life, I believe it is key to first seek God as our source of help. The Bible tells us to acknowledge Him in all our ways, and then He shall direct our paths. (Proverbs 3:6) He knows what we individually need to change to be at our ideal healthy weight.
Although I don’t like the name, Fat Loss 4 Idiots, I’ve heard a lot of positive feedback about this online diet program over the last year and want to make mention of it. I share with some hesitation because I have not personally tried it, but it does come with a risk free offer.
In
Fat Loss 4 Idiots, which is a web-based diet program, users are able to create their own weekly meal plans. It offers flexibility and users have 11 days on the plan and then 3 days off.
Their website mentions that users have experienced 9lbs of weight loss every 11 days. For a very obese individual this is certainly achievable and considered healthy. However, for someone that is only 10-30 pounds overweight, losing 9lbs in 11 days is an unrealistic goal and is not recommended. As with any weight loss program, projected results should be taken with a grain of salt.
Putting the hype aside, Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a proven and tested weight loss system that has been around for years. Thousands of users claim satisfying results from this diet. In addition to the testimonials below, you can find hundreds online.
