Claiming Your Inheritance

I like to randomly read parts of this book…

and when I did today, the following stood out:

“Mental laws are clear and simple. We know that the fear thought attracts more fear, the worry thought more worry, the anxious thought more anxiety, the hatred thought more hatred, the jealous thought more jealousy, and the poverty thought more poverty. This is the law of attraction. Like every other law, it is unalterable.

The poverty disease can be cured only by its antidote——the prosperity thought. You carry within you this antidote to the poison of poverty, of lack, of pinching, dwarfing limitation. Use it, and cure yourself. The prosperity thought will kill the poverty germ.

Keep your supply pipes open between yourself and the infinite source of all supply. Don’t pinch them by doubt, don’t cut off the supply by limiting, pinching, poverty, lack thought.

Keep your supply pipes wide open by the consciousness of your oneness with God, your connection with the All Supply.

Abundance follows a law as exact as that of the law of mathematics. If we obey it we get the flow. If we pinch it, strangle it, we cut off the supply.

Suppose a youth who had decided to study medicine and become a doctor should say to himself: “I cannot picture myself as a success because I don’t know anything about what may come to me. Perhaps I haven’t the qualifications that make a successful physician. I may never become one. I may be a failure. I doubt if I am fitted for it, but I’ll try, anyway.”

Do you think such a timid, doubting, negative attitude would ever carry anyone to the success goal? Of course it wouldn’t.

The young medical student who is going to succeed is the one who pictures himself constantly as a successful physician, sees himself in a fine office, with a lucrative practice, climbing to the top of his profession. He is constantly visualizing himself as a successful physician.

Now, the same rule applies to the poor man who wants to become prosperous. He must picture himself as prosperous, he must obey the law of opulence by holding the ideal of opulence in his mind, and he must saturate himself with the prosperity thought, the thought of abundance.

If you wish to cure yourself of the poverty disease you should begin by giving yourself prosperity treatments something like this:

Say to yourself:

“If I am God’s child I have inherited all the good things of the universe. I am heir to all supply, to the all-good. Poverty cannot touch the reality of me any more than disease can, for the reality of me is health. Health is the everlasting fact, and disease, sickness, is merely the absence of the reality. Poverty is not my normal condition. There can be no lack, no poverty for God’s image. ‘All that my Father hath is mine.’”

Repeat daily the twenty-third psalm:

“The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; he leadeth me beside the still waters,” etc.

Follow this during the day with frequent assertions of your kinship with the Creator of all the universe.

Commit these lines by Ella Wheeler Wilcox to memory, and frequently say them to yourself, vigorously, and with the force of absolute conviction:

“I am success.
Though hungry, cold, ill-clad,
I wander for a while, I smile and say:
‘It is but for a time—I shall be glad
Tomorrow, for good fortune comes my way.
God is my Father, He has wealth untold;
His wealth is mine, health, happiness and gold.’”

All the good things you need are yours by inheritance. Claim them, expect them, work for them, believe they are already yours, and you will realize them in your life.

If you continually assert your kinship with God your Father, to whom all things belong, and send out the vigorous thought of abundance, a generous supply of all you need—which is your birthright—poverty cannot hold you its slave.”  — Orison Swett Marden

As Christian believers we are to live by faith, because God’s Word says so.

“The just shall live by faith.” — Romans 1:17

Living by faith means believing and obeying the Word of God. We have to think, speak, meditate, and act on God’s Word daily. There may be many books that inform, encourage, and inspire us, but there is only One Book that is full of Divine Living Power…

Get Rid of Poverty for Good! What Do You Think?

Discover How to Clean Up Your Thinking and Attract Your Desired Abundant Life!

Attracting the desired abundant life and eliminating poverty requires getting the right thinking cap put on.

If your thinking is always unclear and fuzzy, don’t expect to receive anything.

You need to do some mental house cleaning if you want to live the good life!

Let’s dive in and get to work cleaning up our thinker.

Get a Clear Mental Picture

Before we can attract what it is we desire, we must first get very clear and specific on what it is we want.

As with anything, we can’t communicate it until we are clear on what we want to communicate. And if we want to get the desired results, we have to be specific.

Simply letting someone know we are hungry won’t result in getting a specific, desired meal on the table.

Keep Your Mind Focused

Once we are clear on the desired result, then we need to meditate on it and bring it to life. Meditate on it by speaking and thinking about it often.

As often as possible we must give attention to what we believe will come to pass and claim it by faith as if it is already here. Back up the desired vision with purpose and create a magnetic power to attract it.

In fact, the greater your desire, the easier it is to overcome mental laziness. An occasional wishing and dreaming is NOT going to produce results.

Think and speak daily, with unshakable faith that you will attain your desired result.

How would you act if your desire was already manifested?

Act and live by faith as if your prosperous life is already here. Enjoy mental ownership, with unwavering faith, until you have actual ownership of it in the natural.

Do You Think You Can?

He can who thinks he can, and he can’t who thinks he can’t.

No one can advance further than his faith in God, himself, and his purpose. Faith puts you in touch with God and with God nothing is impossible.

Even when others cry “Impossible!” you can, by faith, get rid of poverty and attract prosperity.

The bottom line is this: Get your thinking clear, stay focused, and have faith that your desired abundant life is on the way. Get your words lined up with your thoughts and watch as they attract your prosperity.

May you adjust your thinking as needed and experience a life of growing prosperity!

Prosperity requires knowing what you want. Do you want to prosper, yet expect someone else to figure out what you want and drop it off on your front door step?

Before you can receive anything in life, you first have to know exactly what you want.

Think about that for a minute.

You need to know exactly what you want, then boldly declare it to receive it.

GET FREE FROM SMALL THINKING

Are you like many people who pretend they don’t want the things they think they can never have? Small thinking keeps you from having growing prosperity. You can be free to be all that God has created you to be and free to have all that He said you can have.

It is liberating to know God through His Word. John 8:32 tells us that in His Word you’ll know the truth and it will set you free.

Truth is, the desire of God is to bless His children and see them prosper. He made us the head and not the tail, above and not beneath. We are blessed going in and blessed going out, and everything we set our hands to will prosper (Deut. 28:1-8)!

PUT ON ABUNDANT THINKING

Follow the law of attraction and keep your thoughts focused on what you believe to receive and attract. God wants to abundantly supply what you ask for and bring you into a deeper level with Him. Just be obedient to follow His ways and be determined to receive everything He has promised to you in His Word.

“I say unto you, what things soever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them.”  -  Jesus Christ

Open your eyes to some powerful little phrases. You’ll often come across words in the Bible like: what things soever you desire, whatsoever you say, all things, anything, and what you will. These should impact and challenge us to always say exactly what we want and blow the limits off our small thinking!

NOW GO PROSPER

Come to the point where you are determined to get what you want. Fight off any negative or small thinking that will keep you down and willing to settle for less than God’s best. No matter what you need and desire in life, learn to depend on a God that is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask or think. I dare you to prosper.

May you put on abundant thinking and continue to have growing prosperity in your life!

Are You Tuned Into the Prosperity Channel?

How to Enjoy a Prosperous Life by Tuning Into the Right Channel!

Prosperity requires being tuned into the right thought channel. What we choose to tune into, watch, listen, and absorb, is what we can expect to see in our lives.

What’s Wrong With This Picture?

If you want to find out what the weather forecast is, you tune into the weather channel. You don’t watch the cartoon channel expecting to get the weather forecast.

Okay, so let me ask you, why do you tune into the poverty channel on a daily basis expecting prosperity? Watching the poverty channel is only going to bring you more poverty. 

Don’t you think today is a good day to quit flipping channels and make a choice to only watch the prosperity channel in your mind and heart? We know that we are what we think in our heart (Prov. 23:7). So tune your thoughts and heart into what you want to become and manifest.

To get results you must only allow your heart and mind to play success movies. Your thoughts should continually be replaying the movie of your desired life. Take the time daily to watch it in high definition with full clarity and surround sound effects. Put yourself fully in that movie until it begins to feel real.

A Sneak Preview of Your Life Ahead

The prosperity and abundance conscious movie must be created to order as desired. This specifically created movie that you consistently play in your mind will soon become your reality. If you don’t purpose to tune into a channel of success, then you’ll be stuck watching the default poverty channel. And poverty is attracted to the one whose mind is focused on it, just as wealth, abundance, and success is attracted to the one whose mind has deliberately prepared to attract it, by tuning into the correct channel.

Your subconscious mind works continuously while you are awake and asleep. It works on attracting the movies you’ve been watching and the channels you’ve tuned into. If you don’t want to keep manifesting a life from some bad re-runs, then TURN the CHANNEL!

The Big Picture

We know from the Word of God that our God has a good plan for us. He desires His children to prosper and that when we give, it is given back to us abundantly. So for the ultimate success in life, never turn off the God channel. Always keep God tuned in.

A Shared Treasure to Help You Prosper!

Before my dad passed away a number of years ago, he gave a book to my older brother. My brother then passed it down to me.

I started reading it and thinking this is really good – but, you know how it goes sometimes … it got put on the bookshelf before I finished reading it. Well recently I spotted it and started reading it again.

All I can say is, WOW, what a treasure this book is!

If you’ve read it already, you know what I mean. It is a 1917 book titled “How to Get What You Want” by Orison Swett Marden.

Don’t let the age of the book fool you. The principles are just as applicable and powerful today, since they are biblically based.

I quickly put together a download for you that includes chapter eight from the book: How to Attract Prosperity.  It is available when subscribing to the Growing Prosperity Newsletter.

I plan to make the complete book available in the near future.

I just found it is often easier to absorb chunks of information at a time.  And this chapter includes timely information that I know you’ll find valuable, so I hope you’ll take the time to read and apply it. I’d recommend printing, highlighting and taking notes.  It has some life changing principles on how we attract or repel prosperity with our thoughts.

How to Reverse Poverty – 3 Effective Tips You Can Use to Attract Prosperity

Stop Repelling Your Prosperity and Start Attracting It!

Living in a poverty-stricken condition is very painful to say the least. Life is just plain hard when lack is what you dwell in. Not being able to pay your bills and provide for the needs of your family and yourself hurts. Lacking health, energy, and a creative mind is a state of poverty that keeps you from fully living life.

How do you end this poverty-stricken condition? The following effective tips will help guide you into a prosperous and abundant life.

1.)  Connect to the great universal infinite supply.

Acknowledge God as the creator and source of all supply. Prosperity is attracted when we are conscious that God is our partner, our Shepherd, and in Him we do not want. In Him there is no lack. Ephesians 3:19 tells us that to know the love of Christ, we can be filled with all the fullness of God.

2.)  Substitute poverty thinking with a prosperous mindset.

Poverty must be conquered from the inside out. Abundance cannot get to those who are repelling it with fearful thoughts of worry and doubt. Opposite thoughts and beliefs repel each other. Trying to overcome illness when you believe you’ll always be sick won’t bring health. Trying to become prosperous and successful, while thinking, talking, and predicting poverty won’t bring prosperity.  We attract prosperity by first having a prosperous mental attitude.

3.)  Tap into the abundant stream of plenty with great expectation.

There is an unlimited supply of plenty available. The measure in which prosperity flows into your life is based on your level of belief. When you tap into this stream with magnetizing faith you flood your life with abundance. The supply is there and there is no limitation. The stream of plenty flows toward faith and confidence in a big way. The trouble is many pinch or cut off the inflow of prosperity with mental limitations from doubts, fears, anxiety, and thoughts of lack.

Psalm 115:14-15 says, “The Lord shall increase you more and more, you and your children. You are blessed of the Lord which made heaven and earth.”

Poverty is a painful condition that no one wants to be in. However, you can end it and attract prosperity. The never ending supply stream of plenty is flowing right past your door daily. It rests with you to connect with the flow to receive all the good things made available for you. Put the above tips into practice. Acknowledge God as your source. Continue to keep a prosperous mindset and attract prosperity in a big way with magnetizing faith.
