Leadership – Do You Utilize these Top 3 Powerful Skills?
Leadership – Do You Utilize these Top 3 Powerful Skills?
Discover the Top 3 Powerful Skills of Successful Effective Leaders!
Leadership is required in many different arenas of life.
A small number of people seem to be born with a built in set of skills for being an effective leader and it comes naturally to them. However, for the majority of people, study and training is required to bring out the true leader in them.
It has been said that “The person who says he is leading but has no followers is only taking a walk.”
That being said, I would also add that good leaders require good followers.
Effective leaders teach their followers how to step up and be all that they can be. As others imitate a leader, and follow their steps, growth and progress should come to the organization as a whole.
Top 3 Powerful Skills for Effective Leadership:
1.) VISION – It is vital that a leader be a person of vision. If you do not have a clear vision of where you are headed and what you plan to accomplish, how can you expect to get yourself and others there?
This type of vision is actually a spiritual vision.
When the Bible talks about vision it is about what will be; not what we see. Spiritual vision equals seeing what will be. Natural vision equals seeing what already is.
We are told that vision comes from God and that it should be written down and made clear to others. That way everyone can grab hold of it and run with it. (Habakkuk 2:1-2) It is vitally important that you stay focused on the vision.
2.) PLANNING & PREPARATION – Another key skill of an effective leader is the ability to plan. Before you start something; plan, make preparation, and look ahead.
What is the long-term impact of what you are about to do? Sit down and count the cost. Fully consider the project you are about to take on to be sure you can complete it.
Planning and preparation helps fulfill the vision. It is never wasted time. Learn to plan ahead, prepare, and be organized.
3.) PRAYER – Great leaders that stand the test of time are leaders that pray. Prayer is not just for your personal life, but also for your employment, business, family, school, etc.
In everything we do it should be by prayer. (Philippians 4:6)
Why would you not want to be built up spiritually before you do anything? In everything you do; be prepared in prayer and get God involved.
Keep in mind: Your vision may be so big that it seems impossible to ever attain it. Remember though, that vision tends to run in advance of your ability to fulfill it.
As a leader you have strength that can be tapped into through the resource of prayer. When God is your partner, nothing is impossible!
Your next step? Take what you have just learned and whether you are a leader of a business organization, or any type of group, ministry, or family begin to grow in these key skills. Start applying these powerful skills in your life and watch yourself become a successful leader.
May your leadership skills improve and your life overflow with growing prosperity!

Blessed Are They Who Meditate on the Word of God
Delight in the Law of the Lord and Prosper!
“Blessed is the man that walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,
nor stands in the way of sinners,
nor sits in the seat of the scornful.
But his delight is in the law of the LORD;
and in his law does he meditate day and night.
And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water,
that brings forth his fruit in his season;
his leaf also shall not wither;
and whatsoever he does shall prosper.”
— Psalm 1:1-3
This is just a quick one minute video with a few verses to meditate on… enjoy…

Snap, Crackle, and Prosper – How to Manifest Your Bowl of Abundance!
Snap, Crackle, and Prosper – How to Manifest Your Bowl of Abundance!
Discover Some Tips to Help You Enjoy Your Own Manifested
Bowl of Abundance
Abundance: Have you decided it is time to make a change and pour yourself a bowl of abundance?
Well, before anything can manifest in your world on the outside –
before you feel better, look better, or fatten up your bank account
– the image inside you must change.
Why not start today and get busy putting on a new image?
SNAP TO IT
It’s only a matter of time until what you think about and how you see yourself on the inside is what your life will look like on the outside. Begin to see yourself and your life the way God sees you.
Your finances may be a mess, and your health a wreck, but you need to take on God’s image of you. He sees you prospering and in health, even as your soul prospers.
CRACKLE AND MAKE A LITTLE NOISE
Start speaking the new vision that is on the inside of you.
One of the major keys to confession and faith is that what you hear yourself speak produces faith inside you. The confession of God’s Word is necessary to build faith to prosper in all areas.
The words you speak get into your spirit and then they come back out your mouth. Every time they go through this process, they increase in power and you get stronger and closer to manifesting your desires.
Jesus told us that out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth Speaks. And if you believe what you Say, you’ll have it. (Matt. 12:34, Mark 11:23)
PROSPER AND KEEP PROSPERING
Prepare yourself for abundance. Use your faith on the front end before the need arises. Confess God’s Word concerning prosperity daily and have His system in motion before a major crisis ever comes along.
Mark my words: It takes longer to work these principles if you’re already in the midst of a problem, because you have to combat negative thoughts and feelings. So speak out your confession of faith when you have no sickness or financial lack and you’ll be better prepared for when you do.
Feast your eyes on a prosperous life and make it a way of life to speak abundance.
May you continue growing in prosperity daily and enjoy your manifested bowl of abundance!
Be blessed to be a blessing –
Cheers,
Brenda
Wisdom Stability of the Lord – Isaiah 33:6 Video
Wisdom Stability of the Lord – Isaiah 33:6
The Stability of Your Times is Found in the Lord!
“And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of your times, and strength of salvation: the fear of the Lord is his treasure.”
— Isaiah 33:6
This video didn’t turn out like I intended, but the verse is still a good one! 🙂
It is also interesting, because at our mid-week service tonight, my Pastor taught some on how salvation includes not only our eternal spiritual salvation, but also the other benefits of God including spiritual, physical, and materially blessings.
He also pointed out that we need to be knowledgeable about what is available to us so we can claim it. When I look at this verse it relates…
If we want true stability we have to look to God’s Word and get it through the salvation He provided. And further wisdom and knowledge of His Word will help us tap into the great inheritance provided us. A healthy fear of the Lord, that causes us to obey His Word is a treasure greater than we can receive in this lifetime!

Discover Hope to Stand Steadfast When the Storms of Life Are Blowing Through
Discover Hope to Stand Steadfast When the Storms of Life Are Blowing Through
Inspiration to Renew Your Hope by Tapping Into the
Supernatural Source!
Hope is a choice. You might be saying, “There is no hope, so I might as well give up.” But I’m here to tell you as long as you have breath, there is hope to be had.
Keep in mind that your faith works with hope.
If faith is the substance of things hoped for, then there has to be some hope in the mix. Once you give up hope, there is nothing for your faith to give substance to.
Hope also gives your faith some direction.
Hope says “This is the target I’m aiming at”. It states what you are standing in faith believing for.
The great thing about hope is that it’s free. So you have no excuse not to use it.
What storms of life are you facing today?
Sickness and disease, loss of loved ones, financial lack, broken relationships, poor environmental conditions, and spiritual turmoil and separation from God are just a sample of the common trials going on all around us.
Looking at these trials, it is easy to see why so many decide to throw in the towel and give up hope.
If you’ve reached that point, then do as Abraham did when he felt the situation seemed hopeless. He believed in hope. Yes, he chose to believe in hope.
Are you with me still? Not only is there hope available, but there is a source for supernatural help. And you’ll find it the same place Abraham did; in the God of hope.
“Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit.”
— Romans 15:13
If your situation, doctors, relatives, friends, test results, bank statements, and news reports say there is no hope; then there is no better time to side with God. It is never too late to turn to the Word of God and find hope that is always available!
Are you just plain fed up?
Find out what God’s Word says about your situation and begin speaking it over your life, because hope makes demands by speaking. Quit fretting and complaining about the unfortunate condition of your present situation and lift your head and face toward the light.
Say to yourself:
“I am a child of God and I am intended to express joy and success. I am victory minded and I was created to win out in life. I have hope in the Lord and renew my strength. His power in me helps me overcome every circumstance and makes my future bright.”
The truth of the matter is: We can allow ourselves to be overwhelmed by discouragement and lose hope, or we can choose to rise above it. You’re still breathing, so choose hope.
May your hope be renewed and your life full of growing prosperity!
God bless you –

Brenda

Self-Esteem – How Can Meditation and Affirmations Increase Your Confidence?
Self-Esteem – How Can Meditation and Affirmations Increase Your Confidence?
Boldy Affirm the Power of Who You Are In Him!
Self-esteem is a powerful driving force in our lives. Are you a victim of low self-confidence? Do you avoid taking on responsibilities and asserting your individuality? Do you shrink from everything that draws attention to yourself and have no faith in your abilities?
If this describes you, then you’ll want to begin immediately putting the power of meditation and affirmations to work in your life.
Persistently meditating and confessing positive affirmations over yourself will result in strengthening your weak qualities, building character, and making your life more favorable and noble.
The truth is, as a child of God you should be victory minded. 🙂
You should give great importance to building up your confidence and self-esteem. A lack of confidence in yourself is a poor reflection on the Creator who pronounced everything He made as good.
Lack of faith in yourself is nothing but lack of faith in Him.
Meditation and affirmations should be a daily routine. Think and speak what you desire to be. When you confess what God says about you, you will begin to see a new self-image.
It’s only a matter of time until what you think about and how you see yourself on the inside is what your life will look like on the outside. If you will get the image of God’s Word in you, you will raise your self-esteem.
The following strong, positive affirmations are very suggestive and will help get you started in boosting your personal image by meditating and confessing them daily:
- I am a child of God and I am made in His image and likeness.
- I prosper in God’s good plan for my life.
- I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
- I have a spirit of power, and love, and a sound mind.
- I have the mind of Christ.
- I have the ability to do what my Creator sent me here to do.
- I wait on the Lord and He renews my strength.
Truth be told: There’s no limit to the confidence you can build with powerful affirmations and meditation. Let the spirit of you, the real you, constantly affirm the power of who you are in Him. You are somebody special. God has a purpose and plan for your life, just waiting to unfold. Dare to boldly confess who you are and boost your self-esteem.
May your positive meditations and affirmations bring you growing prosperity!
God bless you –

Brenda

A Creative Look at a Typical Believer Going Through the Process of Discipline
Correction can be a painful process in life, but a neccessary one if we want to change for the better…
God know what’s going on inside of us and just like a good parent He loves us and wants us to be the best we can be. A parent disciplines their child because they love them too much to leave them the way they are. God is the same with us.
“For whom the Lord loves He corrects; even as a father the son in whom he delights.” — Proverbs 3:12
This video is less than 9 minutes, but well worth a creative look at God chiselling the dead weight out of our lives…
Allow God to correct you when needed – so you can be all He intends you to be!
Soar higher in Him,
