Inspirational: Hope to Handle Your Anxieties By Finding Ultimate Control!

Inspirational: Hope to Handle Your Anxieties By Finding Ultimate Control!

Hope for the Anxious!

Hope to Handle Anxiety - God is in Control!Inspiration and hope is available

to help you handle your anxieties.

At some point,

we all will have feelings of anxiety,

and when it shows up we want to

get rid of it as soon as possible.

The good news: There is help, so have hope.

“We wait in hope for the LORD; He is our help and our shield.”
— Psalm 33:20

Anxious, Fearful, and a Lack of Control

Anxieties show up for a variety of reasons. Why they come, and to what extent they come, varies from person to person and situation to situation. Typically, a sudden change in life triggers feelings of anxiety, fear, and a lack of control.

Anxiety often comes when we feel as though our circumstances are beyond our control. The pressures and stresses of life can make us feel unsure about the future and cause us to worry and be anxious. An overwhelming sense that we have lost control can overtake us.

“But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
— Isaiah 40:31

Hope, Help, Peace, and Ultimate Control

Anxieties do come, but we have hope and help. God clearly tells us what we are to do when worries and concerns arise. He tells us in Matthew 6:25 to not be worried about our lives, and in 1 Peter 5:7 he tells us to cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us.

No doubt, a sudden change can leave you feeling unsure about the future. However, there is never a time when God is unsure. God is in control even when your life becomes torn apart by the pressures of the world.

Anxiety may come when you feel like your circumstances are beyond your control, but nothing is beyond God’s control. “The LORD reigns; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof.” (Psalm 97:1)

Do you wonder what happens to your peace and joy when anxiety approaches? Your source of true peace is Jesus Christ. When sorrows and worries come, He calms your heart. When financial anxieties and difficulties increase, He provides for each need.

God tells us to cease striving and know that He is God. (Psalm 46:10) Be still within your heart and allow Him to do for you what you cannot do yourself – calm your fears and anxieties.

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
— Romans 15:13

Good news: You do not have to handle your anxieties on your own. God cares for you. His love is unconditional, and His Word promises that He will meet all your needs. Be still and know that God is the superpower of all powers and your life is in His ultimate control. Let His Word be your inspiration and hope.

May you have abundant joy and peace, overflow with hope, and live a life of growing prosperity!

God bless you –

Cheers,
Brenda

Prosper and Experience the Good Life – 2 Keys to Discovering God’s Best!

Prosper and Experience the Good Life – 2 Keys to Discovering God’s Best!

2 Keys to Discovering GOD’s Best!

Live the Good Life of God's Best!Prosper and live the good life.

Are you one of the many seeking

to experience the good life?

Have you been searching for a

secret formula to have God’s best

poured out on your life?

The thing is, as we make decisions every day, our choices determine the quality of our lives. This is why it is very important to seek God’s guidance in order to experience His best.

How do we discover God’s best? The answer is two-fold.

2 KEYS TO DISCOVERING GOD’S BEST:

1. Realize that God’s Way is the Best Way

We must first realize that God’s way is the best way.

“My ways are higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.”
— Isaiah 55:9

Realizing that God’s way is better than our way is a difficult process for many of us. We like to think that we can figure things out on our own. We pride ourselves that we don’t need help from anyone else as we wrestle with our troubles and decisions.

However, our pride only keeps us from enjoying God’s best. And as many of us have already discovered, pride comes before the fall. (Proverbs 16:18)

We must understand that God longs to help us and bless us. There is truly no one who knows our needs better than He does.

“’For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’”
— Jeremiah 29:11 NIV

Acknowledging this opens our hearts to the second key that will help us discover God’s best.

2. Learn to Listen to God’s Voice

When we understand the first key, and that God not only knows our needs better than anyone else, but that He also longs to bless us, our hearts will be fertile ground to receive His guidance and instruction.

We can then begin to welcome the promptings of the Holy Spirit and to find practical insight for our daily lives as we read God’s Word.

“And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, This is the way, walk in it, when you turn to the right hand, and when you turn to the left.”
— Isaiah 30:21

A true indicator of hearing God’s voice will be a new and complete sense of peace. Jesus said that He gives peace “not as the world gives” (John 14:27), but “a peace that passes understanding.” (Phil. 4:7) His peace, then, must be the guiding force of each decision we make.

Get started today: Choose to let the peace of God guide you in your next important decision, while keeping in mind that God’s best will far exceed any good thing you could create on your own. Put these two keys to work in your daily life choices and get on track to discovering God’s best.

May you allow God’s voice to guide you into His best and a life of growing prosperity!

This is Christmas – Kutless Music Video

“This is Christmas” – Kutless Music Video

“This is Christmas” by Kutless

from their album O Come All Ye Faithful
Kutless plays “This is Christmas” in this music video.

“This is Christmas” Song Lyrics:

Do you find it hard to sleep tonight,
Resting by the Christmas lights?
Could there be something you forgot?

Beyond the bows, and mistletoes,
The tree with presents wrapped below,
There’s more to this than you had ever thought?
Have we lost the reason that we celebrate each year?

Chorus:
What is Christmas?
If there never was a Savior wrapped in a manger.
What is Christmas without Christ?

Remember how the story goes,
God’s gift was wrapped in swaddling clothes,
Beneath the star, one great and holy night.

The shepherds heard the angels sing,
The wise man brought an offering,
Peace on Earth began in Bethelethm
Have we lost the reason that we celebrate each year?

Chorus:
What is Christmas?
If there never was a Savior wrapped in a manger.
What is Christmas?
If the angels never sang ‘Glory to the new born king?’
What is Christmas without Christ?

There’d be no gloria
In excelsis deo
Gloria
In excelsis deo

What is Christmas?
If there never was a Savior wrapped in a manger.
What is Christmas without Christ?

This is Christmas,
It’s all about the Savior wrapped in a manger.
This is Christmas,
Because of Jesus Christ!

This is Christmas,
Because of Christ!
Because of Christ!

“And this shall be a sign to you;
You shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes,
lying in a manger.
And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of
the heavenly host praising God, and saying,
Glory to God in the hightest,
and on earth peace, good will toward men.”

— Luke 2:12-14

Enjoy this song and a Have a Very Merry Christmas!

Inspirational Living: 3 Keys for Living in the Joy of the Lord and Laughing Your Troubles Away!

Inspirational Living: 3 Keys for Living in the Joy of the Lord and Laughing Your Troubles Away!

Keeping the Joy of the Lord Flowing in Your Life!

Laugh at Trouble and Keep the Joy of the Lord Flowing!Living in the joy of the Lord is the only way to live.

And do you know that even in times of trouble,

joy does not have to leave you?

Yes, it is possible to be peaceful and cheerful…

in the midst of trouble. Why? Because Jesus said so!

“These things I have spoken unto you, that in Me you might have peace. In the world you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
— John 16:33

3 Keys for Keeping the Joy of the Lord Flowing in Your Life:

1. Do Not Let Trouble Shock You

Just because the storms of life blow through, doesn’t mean you have to lose your joy. It is often said that the key to success in life does not depend on the hand you’ve been dealt, but how you deal with what you’ve been dealt.

That means that how we choose to react to trouble is what will determine our success. Problems and tribulations are a part of life, but they don’t have to steal our joy.

2. Laugh at Trouble

Learn to laugh at your trouble and choose joy over worry and anxiety. We can trust God or worry. Either way we’ll still be confronted with trouble in life. Why go through it in misery if you can instead overcome it with joy?

“Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again – rejoice!” — Philippians 4:4

Christ has already overcome the world and in Him we have power and authority to overcome. Realizing and believing that is a key to not losing any precious joy. Choose to focus on the promise and not the problem.

3. Confess Promises to the Problem

Replace the moaning, groaning, whining, and complaining with rejoicing. Rejoicing about what? Rejoicing about the promises God has given us in His Word. Dig deep into every promise so you can and dwell in that secret place of the Most High.

God is for you so quit fretting about who is against you. On a daily basis, refill yourself with joy by getting into the Word and confronting troubles with promises.

For example, if sickness tries to attack your body, then confront it by confessing:  ‘By His stripes I am healed.’ (1 Peter 2:24)

We were created to walk in the joy of the Lord, not to worry about every little thing. His joy can keep us living well. The healing power of joy works like medicine to our bodies.

“A merry heart doeth good like a medicine; but a broken spirit drieth the bones.”
— Proverbs 17:22

If you feel yourself growing weary, then confess: ‘I am steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord and knowing my work is not in vain.’ (1 Corinthians 15:58)

If you are facing financial troubles then confess the promise: ‘My God shall supply all my need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.’ (Philippians 4:19)

Bottom line: The Word of God is filled with promises that are bigger than any type of trouble that comes our way. We can live with joy because Jesus has overcome the world and in Him we are more than conquerors. Resist any negative thoughts of failure or defeat and continually refill yourself with joy.

May your life abundantly flow with the joy of the Lord and growing prosperity!

God bless you always,
Brenda

Christian Meditation: My Life Is So Busy! How Much Time Should I Spend Meditating?

Christian Meditation: My Life Is So Busy! How Much Time Should I Spend Meditating?

Find Out How to Fit Meditation into Your Already Busy Schedule!

Christian Meditation Brings the Peace of GodChristian meditation helps bring peace and richness to life by drawing us closer to God.

Most believers understand it is important to meditate.

Yet at the same time, they can feel overwhelmed with the pressure of life’s demands and the thought of adding one more thing to their schedule.

When the topic of meditation comes up, the question often heard is: “But how can I? I just don’t have time!”

So true! There is no time in your schedule for meditation – until you make it!

Fitting God Into Your Schedule

We all know there will never come a time when the TV turns itself off, and the kids are quietly playing, and the phone doesn’t ring, and the “to do” list is complete, and our mind has nothing to do but meditate!

Distractions are a part of life and we have to purpose to fit meditation into our schedule. We have to choose to make it a priority.

Keep in mind: The easiest way to fit meditation into your schedule, and make it a daily habit, is to meditate at the same time and in the same place every day. But like I said, other things will always want to intrude.

The important thing is to be flexible, but purpose to make meditation on God’s Word a daily habit.

You might want to try a five minute devotional first thing in the morning to start your day off right and give yourself a positive focus. Then listen to a biblical meditation or Christian affirmation CD while driving, doing chores, or on a break. Another five to ten minutes, of some method of prayer or meditation, before going to sleep will also have a powerful impact.

Power To Change Your Life

Meditation can help bring peace and balance to our lives. One of the main reasons we are currently in a rat race and so busy spinning our wheels, is because our lives are out of line with God’s Word.

Needless to say, the only way to change this situation is to gain a greater understanding of how God would have us to live. We then adjust our lives to this new understanding and trust God to help us and guide us. As a result, things will begin to turn around.

“He will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Him.”
— Isaiah 26:3

I think you get the point. The key is that we have to choose to fit God into our schedule. We have to choose to make the time, and create the opening for meditation.  The Bible tells us to meditate day and night. So we need to be sure and get our minimum daily requirement of the Word!

The good news is: Time spent in the presence of God empowers us to break free of the rat race and live successful. In fact, you’ll tap into a “hidden power” that has been available to you all along.

Are you ready to fit God into your schedule and create a daily habit of Christian meditation?

God bless you always,

Growing Prosperity – People Want to Know Your Secret When You Prosper in Tough Times!

Growing Prosperity – People Want to Know Your Secret When You Prosper in Tough Times!

How Do Some Continue to Prosper In Tough Economic Times?

Prospering in bad economic times…

makes people take notice.

They will want to know your secret.

And sharing your secret for –

abundant success…

is a great way to be a blessing to others.

Growing Prosperity in Bad Economic Times

Here we are. Economic conditions are bad. Even so, you continue to drive new vehicles, live in better homes, and wear quality clothes. Everybody at work is saying, “What are we gonna do? Gas prices are going up, food prices are increasing, blah, blah, blah.” They moan and complain and bellyache.

You refuse to be a part of that conversation. These conditions do not faze you one bit. People start to take serious notice of that. They begin to approach you and ask, “What is your secret?”

The Secret for Abundant Success in Tough Times

So what is your secret? You tell them your secret is the fact that you got turned on to the truth of the God’s Word; that you got a hold of some powerful principles in His Word and put them to work by faith. The result is manifested blessings in your life.

If we are going to survive in this world and prosper, we need the blessing of the Lord. Unless of course, we plan to try and make it the world’s way; which generally means having to lie, cheat, steal, etcetera. When we use God’s system of prosperity we do not have to do those things.

What Do You Seek First?

Those who walk closely with God are not bothered much by the things going on in the world around them. Others may become more unstable and fearful as things get worse and worse, but those who live according to God’s ways maintain peace and stability.

“Seek first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
— Matthew 6:33

God wants us to seek Him first and not be like so many in the world who seek after money and riches. We should seek the way to please God, and seek to be right with Him. When we seek the kingdom of God first, all the other things will be added unto us.

You know what happens when all the other things begin to be added unto us? People begin to take notice. Others will begin to see the blessing of God upon us; and not just the financial abundance of God, but the priceless peace of God.

Get the secret or share the secret. Now get out there and discover God’s system of prosperity. Put it into practice and begin walking in the full blessing of the Lord. If you are already living by His system, and others are standing up and taking notice, then be ready to share your secret for abundant success.

May you seek first the kingdom of God and be blessed with a life of growing prosperity!

Be blessed to be a blessing –

Cheers,

Growing Prosperity – Why Limit Prosperity to Only One Area of Your Life?

Growing Prosperity – Why Limit Prosperity to Only One Area of Your Life?

Would You Like to Successfully Prosper in More Areas of Your Life?

Growing prosperity is possible in all areas of your life.

Do you limit it to only one?

Many people find they limit prosperity to only one or two areas because they are diligent in only those areas.

For example, some are successful in the area of healing and walking in divine health, but fail when it comes to financial prosperity.

Why does this happen? The answer given to this question is often that it must not be God’s will that a person be prosperous or healed.

Knowledge of God’s Willingness to Prosper

It is key that we have the knowledge of God’s willingness to prosper us.

“Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord.” — 2 Peter 1:2

We are often like the leper in the first chapter of Mark that knows God is able, but questions whether or not He is willing. But Jesus answered the man’s question saying, “I will” and then healing power flowed into the leper’s life.

Does God want us poor? We need to answer the poverty question if we want to see prosperity come.

We need to know God will and not doubt about His willingness. God’s willingness and prosperity is multiplied to us through the knowledge of God. As we gain the knowledge of God, we gain faith in that knowledge, and in turn see grace multiplied to us.

Get a Healthy Attitude Toward Prosperity In Every Area

If we spend our time with a focus on healing, we will enjoy prosperous health. But then we might struggle to prosper financially. It is important to find a balance.

Our thinking and believing needs to line up with the Word of God, rather than letting preconceived ideas rule that may be contrary to God’s will. If a person believes that it is a sin to have money or live in a nice house, they will have contrary thoughts and attitudes that prevent growing prosperity.

If our mind is not prosperous in a certain area, then usually we will not prosper in that area. If it is the area of finances, then we may not give much because we don’t believe God wants us to have anything. Then because we never believe for a return, even if it comes, we miss it. To reap a financial harvest, it takes a prosperous attitude.

We can prosper in even the little things in life. When we meditate on the Word of God daily, renew our minds, and purpose to live in line with His will, God says, “Whatever you do shall prosper.” (Psalm 1:3)

Make no mistake about it: God is willing to use His power and ability to prosper us. His peace is multiplied to us through the knowledge of God. Peace is prosperity because it joins us together as one with Jesus, and that is prosperity any way you look at it.

May you gain the knowledge of God’s willingness to fill your life with growing prosperity!

Be blessed to be a blessing –

Cheers,
Brenda
