The Greatest Growing Prosperity Secret of All Time – Giving!

The Greatest Growing Prosperity Secret of All Time – Giving!

The Secret of Growing Prosperity

Growing Prosperity Secret - GivingGrowing Prosperity.

God set it all up.

Created the whole universe.

Freely gave.

Freely gave abundantly.

Freely gave abundantly, exceedingly – a never-ending, ever-flowing, overflowing supply.

God set the example of giving. We should be following His example. But do we?

It has been said that “the secret to prosperity is giving.”

I find this statement rather humorous. Why? Well, first because I just don’t understand how the principle of giving can be considered a secret. God makes it very clear and obvious that he wants us to give. So it is not really a secret.

“Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”
Luke 6:38

“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap.”
Galatians 6:7

The above are only two examples of the giving principle. All throughout God’s Word, from Genesis to Revelation, God shares with us the power of giving. It is not information that has been hidden…it is written, taught and made available for anyone willing to see it and hear it – and activate it in their lives.

So know this: If the powerful principle of giving seems to have been a “secret” to you, it is not because information has been kept from you, it is only because you have chosen to ignore it or simply not tune into it and accept it.

Growing Prosperity Secret or Mystery

The other reason I find humor in the statement: “the secret to prosperity is giving,” is the fact that it seems to contradict itself. It appears to be more of a mystery than a secret. How can a person prosper by giving? It would seem that in order to increase one would need be getting not giving…

But again I repeat: “Do Not be fooled – GOD will NOT be mocked – whatever a man sows, that he will reap!”

Growing prosperity is an ongoing process of sowing and reaping; giving and receiving. There is no better example than that of a farmer. If he wants to reap a harvest he has to sow seed. The measure he sows is the measure he’ll reap. The type of seed he sows is the type of harvest he’ll reap; sow corn, reap corn.

  • Give money – receive money.
  • Give love – receive love.
  • Give compassion – receive compassion.
  • Give encouragement – receive encouragement.
  • Give thanks – receive thanks.
  • Give loyalty – receive loyalty.
  • Give a lot – receive a lot.
  • Give a little – receive a little.
  • Give hatred – receive hatred.
  • Give discouragement – receive discouragement.

And on, and on, and on it goes… I think you get the point.

Giving, as a way of life, should be a given for Christian believers. Why? Because having freely received we should have a heart to freely give. “Freely ye have received, freely give.” (Matthew 10:8)

Blessed to Be a Blessing

When we give, we reap the joy of sharing! Jesus himself said: “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” (Acts 20:35) We are blessed to be a blessing!

When God prospers and blesses us, it is so that we can turn around and repeat the process by giving and blessing others. You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and so that your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. (2 Corinthians 9:10-11)

“Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness, while you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God.”
2 Corinthians 9:10-11 NKJV

Give abundantly, give wisely, and give with a cheerful heart. “God loves a cheerful giver.” (2 Corinthians 9:7) Let the “secret” of giving bless you with an abundance of peace, joy and prosperity in your life.

Growing Prosperity: Keep in mind, God set it all up. He is not only the God of the universe – He is the God that created the universe. What more can be said? His creation, His plan – what a beautiful thing! Don’t keep it a secret…pass it on.

May you always abundantly give with a cheerful heart and live a life of growing prosperity!

Be Blessed to Be a Blessing –

Brenda

Growing Prosperity: Can Giving Be The Secret to Abundant and Joyful Living?

Growing Prosperity: Can Giving Be The Secret to Abundant and Joyful Living?

Discover the Giving Secret

Growing Prosperity Giving SecretGrowing prosperity includes abundant and joyful living.

The secret in the growing prosperity equation is giving.

Giving maintains a generous heart.

A generous heart is the heart of God;

and those with a generous spirit are blessed with

an abundance of peace and joy.

“God loves a cheerful giver.”
— 2 Corinthians 9:7

Generous Giving

Generosity, as a way of life, should be a given for Christian believers. Why? Because having freely received we should have a heart to freely give. (Matthew 10:8) Generous giving should not be a religious duty, but a joyful response to God’s saving grace.

“He that spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?”
— Romans 8:32

We should have an attitude of joy when giving, knowing the gracious gift the Lord has given us.

Give generously to him and do so without a grudging heart; then because of this the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and in everything you put your hand to. (Deuteronomy 15:10)

Giving Is The Cure For Greed

Greed hardens the heart and takes one’s eyes off the Lord and puts it on money and possessions. This ultimately leads to unhappiness and self-destruction.

Giving allows a person to choose where they want their heart to be. Your heart follows your money. Why not let your heart be involved in godly and good things?

“Where your treasure is, their will your heart be also.”
— Luke 12:34

We are warned by Paul, in 1 Timothy 6:17-19, not to be arrogant and put hope in wealth, which is uncertain, but to put our hope in God. It is God who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. We are told do good and be generous and willing to share. This will not only lay up treasures in heaven, but let us take hold of the life that is truly life.

Give Abundantly – Reap Abundantly

Giving and receiving go hand-in-hand. Giving opens the door to receiving. When we give generously and abundantly we reap abundantly.

  • Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. (2 Corinthians 9:6-9)
  • Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. (Luke 6:38)
  • There is one who scatters, yet increases more…The generous soul will be made rich, And he who waters will also be watered himself. (Proverbs 11: 24-25)
  • He who is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward him for what he has done. (Proverbs 19:17)

When we give, we reap the joy of sharing! Jesus himself said: “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” (Acts 20:35)

Blessed To Be A Blessing

When God prospers and blesses us, it is so that we can in turn be a blessing and give to others.

“I will bless you… and you will be a blessing.”
— Genesis 12:2

You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and so that your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. (2 Corinthians 9:10-11)

God not only allows us to enjoy our blessings, but He wants us to enjoy them. But remember, the main reason God blesses us is so that we may be a blessing to others. You will be amazed how much God will bless you if you are simply willing to be a channel of blessings for others.

Bottom line: Give. Give a little or give a lot as you are able. Give wisely and with a cheerful heart. Let the secret of giving bless you with an abundance of peace and joy in your life.

May God continue to bless you as you continue to be a blessing to others and abound in growing prosperity!

Be Blessed to Be a Blessing –

Cheers,

Live to Give – Do You Understand this Secret for Abundant Living and Growing Prosperity?

Live to Give – Do You Understand this Secret for Abundant Living and Growing Prosperity?

The Art of Giving is a Secret for Abundant Living!

Live to Give a Secret to Abundant LivingAbundant living comes when we live to give.

One of the main ‘secrets’ of abundant living is:

The art of giving.

Don’t let a spirit of fear prevent you…

from giving and keep you in lack.

But if I Give I’ll Have Less

Unfortunately, a common belief many people have is that giving a portion of what they have will result in having less. Bear in mind, this belief causes many folks to live in fear of giving, and a lack of giving in turn prevents the flow of abundance in a person’s life.

Okay, okay. I hear you saying, “But, wait a minute. If I have 20 dollars and I give away 10, now I only have 10.”

Yes, this is true. In the natural 20 minus 10 equals 10, so in the short-term we may seem to have less. This is the same as a farmer who after planting his seed may seem to have less.

But bear with me a little longer; because, giving is a spiritual principle and it has the ability to change our spiritual and natural situation. When we give we are like the farmer who plants and tends his seed; then after some time receives his harvest.

“Give, and it shall be given to you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that you give it shall be measured back to you.”
— Luke 6:38

The More You Give, The More You Have

The paradox of life is that the more you give, the more you have. We see this explained in the previously quoted verse. This verse gives an image of super-abundance. We can open a floodgate of blessings into our lives by giving to others freely.

The thing is, when we give money, forgiveness, love, etc., it opens spiritual channels that set in motion a movement of abundance that circulates around and comes back to us in profound and indirect ways.

Giving is like planting seeds. We have to actually plant the seeds if we expect to receive a harvest. And if we plant a small amount, we receive a small harvest; plant a large amount and we receive a large harvest.

Give Abundantly and Live Abundantly

We can give abundantly and live abundantly. Remember also, that you are rich in the respect that you have a spirit that is inexhaustible. So let no mean attitude or selfish thought keep you from sharing this spirit. Be a generous giver at heart and in all you do.

“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”
— Winston Churchill

Mark my words: Life will take on a whole new meaning for you as you live to give. Give and keep giving. Give from the heart; of your time, money, comfort, and resources. Then don’t be surprised as you begin to live abundantly.

May you live to give and learn this secret for abundant living and growing prosperity!

Self-Growth – Uncovering the Great Power of Possibilities Within! Part 1 of 2

Self-Growth – Uncovering the Great Power of Possibilities Within! Part 1 of 2

The Great Secret the Creator Put in Our Hands at Birth!

Secret, Sealed message from The CreatorFall is in the air and children are heading back to school.

This is a great time of year to remind all of us,

young and old, in school or out of school,

that men and women who are trying to

make the most of their lives,

never stop growing on their journey through life.

The following are words of wisdom and encouragement from Orison Swett Marden. They are excerpts from chapter 7 “How to Find Oneself” from the book “How to Get What You Want.”  Although written back in 1917, these words still hold great insight and the ability to stir us up and check our current progress in life.

Excerpts from “How to Find Oneself” by Orison Swett Marden:

One of the most difficult things in the world is to get people to realize the extent of their latent powers, to believe in their own bigness, in their own possibilities.

The reason is that they see only a part of themselves, because they have only partially discovered themselves.

“Each of us has resources of which he does not dream.”
— Professor William James

If we could only turn a spiritual X-ray on ourselves most of us would find powers and potencies in the great within of us which may not have gotten even to their germinating stage.

There is probably not a living being who would not be amazed if he could see unfolded in panorama all of the potentialities within him, if he could only glimpse the man he might be.

He would say, “These remarkable success qualities belong to someone who has achieved distinction, not to an unknown person like me.”

What you are actually doing may be a dwarfed thing compared with the giant achievement you are capable of. It is not what you have done, but what you long to do, what you feel capable of doing that will, if you struggle to express your ideal, count most.

Up to this time you may have been seriously hampered or dwarfed in your development. All sorts of things may have happened to the possible man, or the possible woman in you, to limit its growth, to restrict it, to impoverish it.

But it is that superb thing that is possible to you, the thing which the Creator sent you here to do that you must strive to express.

In the great within of yourself there may be vast powers which you have never called out. What masterfulness, what vast reserves of helpfulness, inspiration, and encouragement may still lie uncovered within you!

You doubt that there is anything of the kind? But you do not know.

Many a man has carried locked up within himself for more than half a century the germs of a mighty genius without even guessing at it. There are multitudes of men and women all over the world who are as ignorant of their possibilities, of their hidden success assets.

“Few men find themselves before they die.”
— Ralph Waldo Emerson

Many carry with them to their graves undiscovered continents of ability. The great majority die without developing their possible efficiency of hand, or tongue, or of brain; without developing any of the special gifts locked up in the great within of themselves.

Most of us die with the great secret, with the sealed message which the Creator put in our hands at birth, still unread, because we have never learned how to open or how to read it.

How can you be sure that you have not a lot of this ability you long for locked up in yourself?

If you have not tried your strength, how do you know what you may be able to do? You may have more ability slumbering within you than you dream of.

Why waste your precious time thinking about other people’s genius? Why not unlock your own, see what you have, bring it out into the light and develop it?

When we know that even the great majority of men whom we call successful use only a comparatively small part of their ability because they never find all of themselves, why should any of us put a narrow limit to our possibilities, remain paupers in achievement when we might be princes?

We set our own limitations.

There are enough powers, enough resources in the minds of the people in the great failure army today to revolutionize the world if their sleeping potencies could be aroused; if they could only be made to believe in themselves.

If they could only learn how to enter into the secret depths of their nature, to get hold of themselves, to arouse latent qualities and powers, they could do marvelous things. The great problem is to know how to get at the force in the great within of ourselves and to put it to work to the best advantage.

For whether life shall be a success or a failure depends upon the call we make on our resources, the extent to which we develop all our possibilities.

We don’t know what we can do until we try, and unused faculties never grow or strengthen.

Everywhere we see starved, stunted lives, people who have discovered but little bits of themselves, little patches cleared up here and there in the great wilderness of their possibilities. They couldn’t believe in their inherent greatness.

They couldn’t realize that they were born into this world to do a certain work; and that to do that work they would need every bit of power they could develop.

The average youth starting out in life has no means of knowing what his total assets are.

He sees only the assets that lie on the surface, and if he is not instructed how to find those that are deep down below the surface, if he does not get into the right environment, if he does not make a call on the divinity within him, he may never develop the man it is possible for him to be.

The end of part 1 of 2…

=======

“‘For I know the plans I have for you’, declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.'”
— Jeremiah 29:11

Be blessed to be a blessing!

God bless you –

How Can Christian Meditation Guide You Into the Secret Place of the Most High God?

How Can Christian Meditation Guide You Into the Secret Place of the Most High God?

Abundant Power is Available when You Meditate on the Living Word of God!

Christian Meditation on the Most High GodChristian meditation is based on a desire…

to commune with,

to have relationship with, and

to be united in love with God.

Have you ever wondered how some believers manage to dwell in the presence of, in that secret place of, the most High God?

Meditation on God’s Word turns our minds away from the everyday affairs of life and toward Him. Blessed are those who discover and tap into the abundant divine power available in the living Word of God!

Our Place By The Father

There is a place by the Father God for every believer. We need to find our place and live in it. The Word of God tells us who we are, where our place is, and how to live in it. In the presence of God we can be shaped and transformed into His image.

“He that dwells in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”
— Psalm 91:1

Through meditation in God’s Word we are able to dwell in the secret place of the most High God.

Christian meditation is at the heart of the Gospel and should also be for every believer. We were created for relationship and love, not only with each other but supremely with God.  As believers we are one with the Lord, just as Jesus said “I and the Father are one.” (John 17:21-23)

“That they all may be one; as you, Father, are in Me, and I in You,
that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe
that You have sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me
I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
I in them, and You in Me, that they may be made perfect in one;
and that the world may know that You have sent Me,
and have loved them, as You have loved Me.”
— John 17: 21-23

A Spiritual Connection to God

Christian meditation is way of experiencing God beyond what the mind can grasp. Meditation allows the nourishing richness and revelation of God’s love to flow into the deep places of our heart.

“Be still, and know that I am God.”
— Psalm 46:10

Meditation provides a way to connect into the heart of God’s love and acceptance. It is our spiritual connection to the One who is our heart’s true home. When we meditate on the Word of God, we are able to step into the blessings He has provided for us and experience spiritual refreshment and intimacy with Him.

In meditation, our relationship with God deepens.  And as we rest in our relationship, He works His love in our heart, drawing us deeper and closer to Him. As His light shines on us, we become more and more the person we were created to be.

It is no secret: Christian meditation on the Word of God strengthens our relationship with Him and has the power to transform our lives. Begin meditating on God’s Word today, and start strengthening your relationship with Him.

Are you ready to move yourself into the secret place of the most High God through Christian Meditation?

God bless you always,
Brenda

Growing Prosperity – People Want to Know Your Secret When You Prosper in Tough Times!

Growing Prosperity – People Want to Know Your Secret When You Prosper in Tough Times!

How Do Some Continue to Prosper In Tough Economic Times?

Prospering in bad economic times…

makes people take notice.

They will want to know your secret.

And sharing your secret for –

abundant success…

is a great way to be a blessing to others.

Growing Prosperity in Bad Economic Times

Here we are. Economic conditions are bad. Even so, you continue to drive new vehicles, live in better homes, and wear quality clothes. Everybody at work is saying, “What are we gonna do? Gas prices are going up, food prices are increasing, blah, blah, blah.” They moan and complain and bellyache.

You refuse to be a part of that conversation. These conditions do not faze you one bit. People start to take serious notice of that. They begin to approach you and ask, “What is your secret?”

The Secret for Abundant Success in Tough Times

So what is your secret? You tell them your secret is the fact that you got turned on to the truth of the God’s Word; that you got a hold of some powerful principles in His Word and put them to work by faith. The result is manifested blessings in your life.

If we are going to survive in this world and prosper, we need the blessing of the Lord. Unless of course, we plan to try and make it the world’s way; which generally means having to lie, cheat, steal, etcetera. When we use God’s system of prosperity we do not have to do those things.

What Do You Seek First?

Those who walk closely with God are not bothered much by the things going on in the world around them. Others may become more unstable and fearful as things get worse and worse, but those who live according to God’s ways maintain peace and stability.

“Seek first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
— Matthew 6:33

God wants us to seek Him first and not be like so many in the world who seek after money and riches. We should seek the way to please God, and seek to be right with Him. When we seek the kingdom of God first, all the other things will be added unto us.

You know what happens when all the other things begin to be added unto us? People begin to take notice. Others will begin to see the blessing of God upon us; and not just the financial abundance of God, but the priceless peace of God.

Get the secret or share the secret. Now get out there and discover God’s system of prosperity. Put it into practice and begin walking in the full blessing of the Lord. If you are already living by His system, and others are standing up and taking notice, then be ready to share your secret for abundant success.

May you seek first the kingdom of God and be blessed with a life of growing prosperity!

Be blessed to be a blessing –

The Secret of the LORD – Discover the Key to the Treasures of Life!

The Secret of the LORD – Discover the Key to the Treasures of Life!

Do You Fear the LORD?

Secrets are something we all have and not all secrets are bad. We share our secrets with those who are in close relationship with us and who we can trust. God has some secrets He would like to share with those who are in an intimate relationship with Him.

How do we enter into an intimate relationship with God?

Fear of God is the starting point to having an intimate relationship with Him.

“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” Proverbs 1:7

Knowledge Is KeyIt seems that many Christians call Jesus their Lord and Savior but they don’t fear Him with a holy fear that acknowledges He is their supreme Lord.

People tend to love a distorted image of Jesus that they create with their own imagination and understanding.

Don’t be fooled, a lack of holy fear separates us from intimacy with God.

How do you obtain this necessary fear of the Lord? (Proverbs 2:1-5)

1) Receive the Word of God.  “My son, if you will receive my words, …”

2) Hide His Commandments in You.  “… And hide my commandments with you; …”

3) Incline Your Ear to Wisdom.  “… So that you incline your ear unto wisdom, …”

4) Apply Your Heart to Understanding.  “… and apply your heart to understanding; …”

5) Cry Out For Knowledge & Discernment.  “… Yes, if you cry after knowledge, and lift up your voice for understanding; …”

6) Seek it and Search as You Would for Hidden Treasures.  “… If you seek her as silver, and search for her as hidden treasures; then shall you understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.”

The fear of the LORD is the key to Unlock His Treasures.

Fear of the Lord is the key that unlocks His treasures in our lives.

“And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of your times, and strength of salvation; the fear of the LORD is the key to this treasure.” — Isaiah 33:6

God desires that we draw near to Him, but this is impossible without a holy fear. It is not about being scared of God. The person who fears God has nothing to hide because he knows his life is an open book before God. He puts God’s desires before the desires of himself and others.

How does God know if we fear Him?

We obey Him. Evidence of a holy fear is obedience to God’s commandments.

The Secret of the LORD is with Those Who Fear Him

“The secret of the LORD is with them that fear Him; and He will show them His covenant.” Psalm 25:14

A holy fear of the Lord produces unconditional obedience in our hearts and lives. The Lord is drawn to those who fear Him and He works in them both to will and to do His good pleasure. Those that fear the Lord enjoy his secret and treasures.

May you draw near to God as He draws near to you and experience a life of growing prosperity!

God bless you,
Brenda

Attract Prosperity – How to Make Money Cometh!

Attract Prosperity – How to Make Money Cometh!

Discover How You Can Make Money Come to You With God’s Help

Prosperity and how to attract it is not a secret. It is possible to make money come your way. However, it does require getting in line with the laws of attraction.

Before We Get Started, Tell Me If Any of These Sound Familiar:

  • Nothing I ever do works out.
  • Money doesn’t grow on trees.
  • Poverty is godly.
  • Money is the root of all evil.
  • I can never get ahead.

If any of these are in your thought life and vocabulary, I hate to break it to you, but you are chasing the money away!

You can NOT hold onto the above beliefs and at the same time attract prosperity.

Let me get right to the point. To put the law of attraction to work on your finances, you need to get your thoughts, heart, and mouth working together.

in_god_we_trustGet clear on your goal with specific amounts and time frames and then write it down. Envision yourself reaching your goal and speak it daily. As you speak it, you increase the desire on your heart which in turn keeps it in your thoughts and speech. This cycle creates a powerful attraction factor.

It is only a matter of time, if you are persistent and stay focused on the goal. The money will come your way.

Refuse to allow any previous negative beliefs or thoughts into your head. Refuse to let any negative, contrary statements come out of your mouth. Cancel them immediately when they try to sneak up on you and replace them with positive confessions of your goals.

A Few Truths About Money to Encourage You and Help Attract it Quicker:

  • Money is not the root of all evil, but the love of money is. (1 Tim. 6:10) So don’t love it!
  • God will give you much so you can give away much. (2 Cor. 9:11) Blessed to be a blessing!
  • If you give abundantly, you’ll receive abundantly. (2 Cor. 9:6) Giving is key!
  • God wishes above all things that you prosper. (3 John 2)
  • God gives you the power to get wealth. (Deut. 8:18)

So there you have it. Chose to repel it or make the money come your way. It’s up to you. What you allow your mind to think about, your heart to desire, and your mouth to speak is what you have coming. Don’t let your past thoughts close your mind and prevent you from seeing the real truth: God wants you to prosper.

May you walk in the blessings God has for you and continue to experience growing prosperity!

Soar higher,
Brenda
