Healing Affirmations: Powerful Biblical Words of Health and Life!

The Power of Biblical Healing Affirmations

Biblical Healing AffirmationsHealing affirmations can have a positive and

powerful effect in a person’s life.

Unfortunately, when a person is suffering…

and in pain, mentally or physically,

their mind is primarily focused on

their current negative condition…

this in turn leads to speaking and reaffirming the same unhealthy condition.

You Choose Your Affirmations

The words that we think and speak have a powerful effect on our lives, positive or negative. The key to living a healthier, happier life is choosing to affirm the positive and healthy affirmations.

Important! Paying attention to the daily, seemingly insignificant thoughts and words is the first line of defense. Any negative affirmations need to be replaced as quickly as possible. If not, the the battle to overcome simply becomes greater.

Consider the following thoughts and affirmations:

  • My head hurts. I hope I’m not getting a cold.
  • My stomach aches. I think I’m getting the flu.
  • I feel warm. I must have a fever and I’m sure I’m getting sick.
  • I’m always sick lately.
  • I catch every illness that comes around.
  • I just can’t seem to get better.

Do any of the above statements sound familiar? If these are the regular affirmations you think and confess, how do you suppose it affects your health?

Powerful Biblical Healing Affirmations

Healing affirmations and confessions based on the Word of God develop a powerful healthy attitude in life; which is an essential element in good health. In fact, by using biblical affirmations you’ll tap into a “hidden power” that can supercharge your life.

“He sent His Word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.”
— Psalm 107:20

Start quoting scriptures to yourself earnestly and fiercely. Tell your body to line up with the Word of God. Confessing biblical healing affirmations is something we can do in the natural, but at the same time we are fighting off sickness and disease in the spiritual realm.

The following biblical healing affirmations will help you get started:

  • My God is the Lord that heals me. (Exodus 15:26)
  • I bless the Lord with all my soul and remember His benefits, which includes healing my diseases. (Psalm 103:2-3)
  • I am wise and speak health. (Proverbs 12:18)
  • I am washed by the Spirit of God. (1 Corinthians 6:11)
  • I have a sound heart, and a mind at peace, and they are life and health to my body. (Proverbs 14:30)

Search the Word of God and find more of His healing benefits and begin to use them as your own healing affirmations.

Imagine waking up each morning bursting with energy and joy for the new day. Chances are, you have “tried” positive affirmations, but haven’t yet developed a positive, healthy mindset. Choose to renew your mind to the Word of God and change your thoughts into His life-transforming thoughts of health and life.

May you keep sickness away with powerful, biblical affirmations of health and life and experience days of growing prosperity!

God bless you always,
Brenda

Time Management – Overcome the Pressure of Time and Invest It Wisely!

Time Management – Overcome the Pressure of Time and Invest It Wisely!

You Can Overcome the Pressure of Time

Time Management Overcome the Pressure of TimeTime management is an important life skill.

Time is precious; we never seem to have enough of it.

More than that, we tend to be overcome with

the pressure of time, as we continually find

our “to do” list filled with too many tasks and

not enough time to finish them.

Sound familiar?

Well, why not choose to overcome the pressure of time,

rather than let it overwhelm you?

You can manage your time and take control of your life.

“Make the most of every opportunity.”
— Colossians 4:5 NIV

Time is a Gift – Do You Use It Wisely?

Time is one of the valuable gifts God has given us. And even though we may be aware that each day is a gift, none of us know how much of it we have left to use on this earth.

We are encouraged to use our time wisely in Psalm 90 verse 12: “So teach us to number our days, that we may present to You a heart of wisdom.”

The question is: What are you doing with your days?

Time Wasted or Time Invested?

When analyzing how we manage our time, we will most likely find that much of it is spent on “time wasters.” “Time wasters” are those things that soak up our time and distract us from accomplishing our goals.

Games, TV, Facebook, email, phone calls, and surfing the web are all common “time wasters” these days. And if you are procrastinating tackling your “to do” list, these distractions can easily take up way too much of the day.

The next thing we’ll probably notice is that a lot of our time is spent on the daily maintenance tasks of life. Not the most exciting activities to do, but yet necessary.

Keep in mind: without a vision of the future, we can easily get caught up in doing things today that lack lasting investment.

One of the most important principles, in our walk with God here on earth, is that time and activities spent for His kingdom have eternal value. Investing the time God has given us in kingdom work is not only satisfying, but will see everlasting rewards.

Time Management Tips

Managing your time gives you power. Disciplining yourself to improve this skill will reap life-long benefits.

The following time management tips will help you get started:

  • Make a “to do” list of the things you need to accomplish.
  • Prioritize the list and put a “P” in front of the main three to four priority items that need to be accomplished for the day.
  • Focus the first part of your day accomplishing the priority items.
  • Refuse to be distracted by “time wasters.” Remove distractions as much as possible in order to complete the priority items.
  • Motivate yourself to complete the priority items first by considering how great you’ll feel once you have accomplished them.
  • Schedule time for leisure activities and remind yourself they will be a reward to look forward to once you have completed your priority tasks.
  • Ask God to help you throughout the day.

Word of warning: don’t let the seemingly endless “to do” list cloud your vision and make everything seem like a chore, especially when it comes to relationships. Time spent in relationships is a valuable investment. This is no less true when it comes to spending time with the Lord.

The truth is, we don’t have to perform for God when we spend time with Him. It should not be a chore. He wants us to be still and to know that He is God. Spending time in His presence will result in joy. Regardless of how busy our lives become, we must guard our time with Him.

Are you starting to see the light? Time is a precious gift to be valued. How we invest our lives demonstrates where our heart is and reveals what is most important to us. Overcome the pressure of time by learning to manage it and invest it wisely.

May you invest your time wisely and enjoy a life of growing prosperity!

Powerful Leadership – 5 Crucial Skills Required to Become a Great Leader!

Great Leaders Commit to Developing Key Skills

Great Leaders Develop Crucial SkillsPowerful leadership requires a commitment

to developing key personal skills and abilities.

Great leaders must have a driving desire

to make things happen.

If you want to be the head and not the tail,

then you must fine tune key leadership skills in order to become effective so that others will want to follow.

Some people are born with natural talents that lend themselves to becoming a great leader. But despite the fact that you might have been born with some of these talents, it still takes continual enthusiasm, drive, and experience for true development as a leader to occur.

5 Crucial Skills Needed to Become a Great Leader

1. Vision

Leaders need to know the vision of their group or organization. They must have a clear sense of purpose. Knowing the organization’s goals and objectives, how the organization works, and being able to communicate the vision to others, helps put everyone on the same page.

Leaders need to help others catch a personal vision of the big picture, so that everyone is moving in the same direction on the road to success.

2. Encouragement

Leadership is not about using harassment or fear as a driving force to get others to take action. Great leaders encourage others to accomplish the goals of the group. Encouragement is contagious and it benefits everyone when it is flowing freely.

3. Trust

Trustworthiness is vital to great leadership. Your followers must have trust and confidence in you. And if they do, they will go to great lengths for you and the group.

Strong relationships, trustworthiness, and high ethics build trust and confidence. Leaders that deal with people in a positive way, lay a foundation of strength for the group. Stronger relationships equal a stronger measure of trust and confidence in the capabilities of the leader.

4. Communication

Communication is crucial skill of a leader. You must be able to clearly communicate the goals and objectives that you are all about to undertake as an organization. A leader’s vision and plan must be clearly communicated to others in order to keep everyone on the same page.

5. Judgment

Great leaders have great judgment. If you want to grow as a leader, you must continue to improve and develop your judgment and decision making skills.

Leaders need to make wise decisions in a variety of situations. Your followers will come to rely on your judgment. Good, wise decision making is crucial to the success of a leader and the organization.

Keep in mind: In life we all eventually find ourselves in a leadership role, in some shape or form, big or small. And the Lord wants to see His children become strong leaders and He gives them instructions and tells them how they can be.

“And the LORD shall make you the head, and not the tail; and you shall be above only, and you shall not be beneath; if that you listen to the commandments of the LORD your God…to observe and to do them.”
— Deuteronomy 28:13

Conclusion: Leaders lead. Leaders have followers and you’re not much of a leader if no one is following. Being a great leader is about constantly growing, developing, and setting an example, because you are a reflection of what your followers must be. Develop these five crucial skills and demonstrate powerful leadership.

May you develop your skills to grow into a powerful, effective leader and experience much growing prosperity!

Achievement: Why Live with Regrets When You Can Live to Succeed?

Achievement: Why Live with Regrets When You Can Live to Succeed?

Achieve Success With No Regrets!

Achieve Success With No Regrets!Achievement is connected to our

personal growth and that is a lifelong

learning process of ups and downs.

Do you let setbacks, failed ventures, or

wrong choices weigh you down with regrets?

Refuse to let your life fill up with regrets.

Why? Because living in a state of regret will hinder your personal growth and ability to achieve success.

The Pain Of Regret

Regret is a feeling or sense of sorrow or remorse over a past choice. Regret is like a first cousin to condemnation. They both leave us feeling guilty, defective, and unhappy.

In the short term, this can actually be a positive thing…

  • It is like a wake-up call to show us how our life got off course.
  • It makes us take a look at the choices we have been making in life.
  • It makes us realize we can’t live this life on our own and it is important to cry out to the Lord for help.

“The godly cry out and the Lord hears; He saves them from all their troubles.”
— Psalm 34:17

We can, and should, learn from our mistakes and successes on our journey of life. And no doubt, living with regret and condemnation is a negative, low confidence, unhealthy state to be in. It keeps us stuck and unable to move forward.

“The LORD redeems his servants; no one will be condemned who takes refuge in Him.”
— Psalm 34:22

Remember: we have been blessed with the gift of life and a purpose for our time here on this earth. Why live in a way that causes constant regrets, and even worse, regrets we may have once we are in heaven and look back on how we lived our lives?

Success Is Full Of Challenges

The road to success is full of challenges and struggles. Achievement in any degree requires work, and often an outright battle. The storms of life can blow through and make it a fight just to survive at times, let alone stay on track pursuing our goals and desires.

“A righteous man may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all.”
— Psalm 34:19

If you look back in history, the greatest, most successful individuals had to invest a lot of effort in order to successfully achieve their goals. They had to push through their challenges with much determination. So we shouldn’t be surprised at the labor involved in achieving our goals.

Live With Purpose to Succeed

Live with no regrets by choosing to fight through the battles that come your way. Don’t quit. Run the race to finish – run the race to win.

“Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us…looking unto Jesus.”
— Hebrews 12:1-2

Take a moment to feel the pain of past regrets. No doubt you prefer to avoid those feelings of remorse, caused from not having done something you should have, or for making poor choices.

Today is the day to say no more regrets. Do not be afraid to step out and give the thing you know you should be doing a try. Do everything in your power to achieve it. Don’t give up at the first hurdle in your way. Learn to move beyond your mistakes. We all make them.

And remember always: “There is therefore now no condemnation to them who are in Christ Jesus.” (Romans 1:8)

Purpose to make positive choices in life and avoid future regrets. Leave the past in the past and move forward with no regrets.

Put this to the test right away: Maintain the mindset that you will always do your best to achieve whatever task is at hand. Strive to be the best person you can possibly be. Live life with no regrets – live to succeed.

May you choose to always do your best, live an amazing, successful life with no regrets, full of growing prosperity!

Powerful Meditation – Can Christian Meditation Bring Revelation of Eternal Mysteries?

Powerful Meditation – Can Christian Meditation Bring Revelation of Eternal Mysteries?

Biblical Meditation for Revelation of Eternal Mysteries

Biblical Meditation for Revelation of Eternal MysteriesChristian meditation is the process

of discovering truths

found in God’s Word.

Every believer should have a

heart to want to meditate the

Word of God daily;

since this is how

biblical truths are revealed.

God’s Word is packed full of eternal mysteries just waiting for the diligent, faithful believer to discover. And just as discoveries in the natural world, benefit society, so do spiritual discoveries found in the living Word of God.

Consider the natural law of electricity, which has always been. Once discovered, the world was forever changed. Now consider God’s spiritual laws revealed in His Word. They have the greatest power for transformation in all areas of our lives.

An Invisible Reservoir of Abundance

“It’s almost as if there is an invisible reservoir of abundance in the universe that can be tapped if you will just obey certain spiritual laws.”
— Norman Vincent Peale

Believers who meditate the spiritual truths of God’s Word are sometimes compared to scientists in the natural realm. Why? Because in a very real sense, it involves the study and experimentation of God’s laws; which then result in discovery. And this discovery is God’s revelation to us. What people tend to call discovery is really the revelation of God.

Spiritual wonders and revelation await us when we begin to meditate on the laws of God. If we will meditate day and night on the Lord and on His Word, we will be the ones bringing the latest revelations to the world.

Revelation Knowledge

It first takes meditation on the information acquired from the Word of God, in order to receive revelation. Information alone will not bring revelation. Revelation knowledge comes from meditation in the Word of God and is revealed by the Holy Spirit.

God is a spirit and His truths are revealed through our spirit.

Ephesians 1:17 shows Paul praying to God, and asking that He would give unto us the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. This is not just information, but revelation knowledge revealed by the Holy Spirit.

Christian meditation, on biblical truths, opens the door to life transforming power; by allowing the Holy Spirit to reveal revelation knowledge.

It gets even better. When believers mix their faith with the revelation knowledge of God’s Word, they soon manifest the blessings and promises of God in their life.

Are you ready to do what it takes to allow life transforming revelation knowledge to come into your life?

Why not get started today making Christian meditation on the Word of God a daily habit?

God bless you always,

How Can Christian Meditation Renew My Mind and Renew My Life?

How Can Christian Meditation Renew My Mind and Renew My Life?

Does Biblical Meditation Really Have the Power to Renew You?

Christian Meditation to Renew Your Mind and LifeChristian meditation is based on the divine,

living, and powerful Word of God.

Does it have the ability to renew

our minds and lives?

Absolutely!

How do we know? God says so.

“Be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is the good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.”
— Romans 12:2

Renew Your Mind With Biblical Meditation

When we meditate on the Word of God we release the thoughts of our mind and put on the mind of Christ. There is an exchange for the world’s way of thinking with a renewing of our mind with God’s way of thinking.

“Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.”
— Philippians 2:5

More good news: As believers we have the Holy Spirit living within us as a powerful aid to meditation. Jesus told us that the Father will send the Holy Spirit in His name to teach us all things and bring to remembrance all things Jesus said. (John 14:26)

There is great power in affirming the revealed truths of God’s Word!

“An affirmation is a statement of Truth consciously used so as to become the directing power of Life’s expression.”
Orison Swett Marden

Renew Your Life With Biblical Meditation

The answer to renewing our life is found in the Word of God; in which we meditate and renew our mind with day and night.

Through the power of the Word of God and by meditation on it, we align ourselves with God’s thoughts, God’s provision, and God’s ways. God’s will is found in His Word. There is no greater and exciting place to be than in the center of God’s will.

Matthew 12:34 declares, “Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.”

With meditation we can challenge every thought that resists the knowledge of God by speaking the Word of God. Meditating, confessing, and acting on His ways holds life transforming power.

In Joshua 1:8 he advises: “Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.”

I could go on and on…

The point is: As we renew our mind through meditation on the Word of God, we’ll soon find that the life transforming power of His Word renews our life!

Are you ready to let the divine, living, and powerful Word of God renew your mind and life through Christian meditation?

God bless you always,
Brenda

Christian Meditation For Mind Control – Who Is In Charge Of Your Thoughts Anyway?

Christian Meditation For Mind Control – Who Is In Charge Of Your Thoughts Anyway?

Why Not Take Control of Your Thought Life?

Christian Meditation For Mind ControlMeditation for mind control is

about taking charge of our thought life.

Think about it?

Thousands of thoughts pop into

our minds daily.

Many of these thoughts are NOT our own and

come from the constant bombardment of

media ads, newspapers, the internet, other people, etcetera.

I’m sure you would agree that most of these thoughts are not healthy and desperately need managed.

The fact that our minds are constantly bombarded with unwanted garbage should be a major concern for us. Why? Because our thoughts direct our lives.

Christian Meditation for Mind Control

The Bible has much to say about the impact our minds and thoughts have on our lives. The importance of meditating on what is true, pure, and right is encouraged over and over. This is to help us stay empowered with proper mind control and right thinking. Thinking right leads to right acting.

“Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.”
— Proverbs 4:23

“Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.”
— Matthew 12:34

“For as a man thinks in his heart, so is he.”
— Proverbs 23:7

If our thoughts determine our lives, then we can change our circumstances by first changing our thoughts. How do we go about doing that? Well it does take work, but the good news is that it is quite simple.

Thought Life Check-up

The first step is to give our thought life a check-up. We need to take time to actually focus on what we are thinking.

Take note and evaluate the thoughts you have over the next few days.
Consider:

  • Thoughts about yourself (abilities, appearance, health, etc.)
  • Thoughts about others (God, relationships, etc.)
  • Thoughts about work
  • Thoughts about any and all other areas of your life

As you do this check-up and evaluate your thoughts, consider which ones are healthy, positive, productive, and beneficial to your life. Ask yourself if they are going to help you move forward in a positive direction? Then decide if you will allow them to stay or give them the boot.

For example: You may have thoughts of being a financial failure and constantly failing at everything you do. Your mind may replay past events of failure and come up with many reasons why you are sure to fail in the future and always live in poverty.

What does this type of negative thinking do? It takes away all hope of being financially successful and pursuing prosperity, and on top of that it lets you think you should settle for poverty.

By acknowledging that that kind of negative thinking is only destructive, you can then choose to put a stop to it by replacing it with thoughts that will be profitable and beneficial to your life.

Mind Control for Right Thinking and Right Living

The next step, after you’ve given your thought life a check-up and determined which thoughts no longer have permission to reside in your mind, is to take charge and do some mind control clean-up.

In order to remove negative, damaging, unwanted thoughts, they need to be replaced with positive, encouraging, or productive thoughts. We can’t just tell an unwanted thought to stop and go away. We have to also replace it with a favorable thought.

For example: You tell those thoughts of financial failure to stop and you take control of your mind by replacing those destructive thoughts with prosperous thoughts. This might be something such as: My God desires above all things that I prosper and be in health, even as my soul prospers. (3 John 2)

God’s Word is full of promises of success. He wants us to be blessed to be a blessing to others. We are encouraged to meditate on thoughts that will lead us into right living and success. However, God won’t just step in our minds and clean up our thinking for us. It is something we must do; with His help.

Take Charge of Your Thoughts

Keep in mind: Your thoughts are just that, they are your thoughts and they belong to you. So why not be in charge and take control of them?

Refuse to allow your mind to focus on thoughts of negative past experiences, or current difficult challenges, or any other discouraging thoughts that fill your mind with failure. Refuse to keep your life directed toward continual disappointment.

Bottom line: As a man thinks in his heart, so is he. Decide which thoughts you want to keep, and then replace the destructive thoughts with positive ones that will lead you to success. Meditate on success scriptures from the Word of God and take charge of your thought life with Christian meditation for the ultimate mind control.

May you change your life one thought at a time and enjoy a life of growing prosperity!

God bless you –

Cheers,
Brenda
