I’ve always had an interest in health and nutrition. Blame it on my mom for being a major ‘health nut’ in the ‘70s and on.  (Actually I need to thank my mom for it … thanks Mom! )

I find it fascinating how our minds and brain play such an important role in who we are and how we live our lives out. I see God using Dr. Braverman in his cutting edge research and I’ve seen him interviewed on a number of Christian programs.

In Younger (Thinner) You Diet, Dr. Eric R. Braverman reveals how we can have permanent weight loss and take years off our age (and who doesn’t want that?),  by changing the chemical balance of our brains. The brain is discussed at length in simple to understand terms and how different chemicals affect it. You’ll find out how it affects your personality, weight loss and aging process. It also includes quizzes to help you understand your weakest areas.
