Growing Prosperity – How Can You Be Prosperity Minded and Live in Increasing Abundance?

Growing Prosperity – How Can You Be Prosperity Minded and Live in Increasing Abundance?

Tapping Into the Wealth and Abundance that Surrounds You!

Growing prosperity is within your reach…

Even if your current circumstances are weighing you down

with financial lack, debt, and no seemingly visible way out;

there is hope.

The truth is, we are surrounded by abundance…

and we can tap into it by becoming prosperity minded.

A Technique to Start Attracting Abundance

One of the reasons that wealthy people have money is that they have learned to be prosperity minded. They have wealth because they feel comfortable about it.

How do you go about developing a prosperous mindset yourself? Here is a simple technique you can begin using right away to start attracting wealth or any other form of abundance you desire.

To develop a prosperous mindset, start seeing yourself in your mind’s eye, already in possession of the abundance you desire. Take time daily to visualize your life as you would have it to be. Close your eyes and envision and feel yourself there.

By gaining a prosperous mindset you’ll soon become much more comfortable with the thought of wealth and abundance in your life. As a result, you will start attracting it to you.

Just a Game, or a Technique for Increasing Abundance?

Does this just sound like a silly game of playing pretend? Let me assure you, getting control of your thought life is one of the wisest things you can do.

“People that think wrong believe wrong, and when they believe wrong, they act wrong.”
— Kenneth E. Hagin

There is power in moving your visualizations into your subconscious. Why? Because the subconscious does not distinguish between the mere visualization and the actual possession.

What does this mean? Once you succeed in planting abundant thoughts into your subconscious mind, and it feels comfortable to prosper, your subconscious mind will automatically seek ways to make those thoughts and feelings of abundance manifest themselves in a material form.

If becoming prosperity minded seems like a silly ‘head’ game, it’s not. Go ahead and put this technique into action for awhile and it will start to make a lot more sense to you. Once you succeed at becoming comfortable seeing yourself living in increasing abundance, don’t be surprised to see it also start manifesting in your life.

“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
— Romans 12:2

God wants to see His children prosper and He tells us how to do it in His Word. Take time to renew your mind to line up with the Word of God so that your desires and circumstances can also change and line up with His will for your life.

Believe me. Once you put this technique into action and choose to be prosperity minded, you can expect to start seeing a growing transformation in your life. If you are ready to move from lack to overflow, then now is the time to begin to foster a prosperous mindset and tap into the surrounding flow of abundance.

May you be prosperity minded and live in growing prosperity!

God Bless You and Be Blessed to Be a Blessing!

Expect Abundance – How to Use Expectation to Trigger the Law of Attraction!

Expect Abundance – How to Use Expectation to Trigger the Law of Attraction!

Increase the Flow of Wealth Into Your Material World

Expecting abundance is a powerful force.

What are you doing to generate increase?

Wealth will not come into your material world…

until you first expectantly visualize the wealth in your mind.

But what does that really mean?

Prospering Internally

Before we can begin to overcome the poverty surrounding us in our external world, we need to claim victory over the impoverishment buried deep within ourselves. Prosperity begins with an inward awareness that an unlimited supply abounds within the spiritual realm all around us.

“It’s almost as if there is an invisible reservoir of abundance in the universe that can be tapped if you will just obey certain spiritual laws.”
— Norman Vincent Peale

It is impossible to feel poor with an understanding and consciousness of being surrounded by the infinite God of the universe; a God that never lacks. The lack that we experience in life is simply caused from our own limited awareness.

The Light Bulb Story

There is a story told of a poor couple that moves into a small village and is astonished to discover their new home is lighted by electricity. They had no prior experience with the power and force of electricity and they never saw an electric light before.

After several months, the couple adjusts to this new found discovery when a salesman stops by and recommends they upgrade their 8 watt bulbs with 60 watt bulbs; to better meet their needs.  Once the new bulb is plugged in, the entire room is illuminated.

The couple never imagined, in their wildest dreams that the source of this new flood of magnificent light had been there all the time. They didn’t know this abundant increase of light could come from the same current that was feeding their 8 watt bulb.

Plugging Into Abundance with Expectation

The truth is; most of us are even less aware of the power available to us than this couple was of the electric power current. We never dream that the infinite, abundant, current which surrounds us could flood our lives with light more magnificent than the most powerful light bulb.

In order to experience increase we need to plug a larger, more prosperous, expectant idea into the current of the infinite abundance of God. Unfortunately though, most of us strangle our supply with negative energized thoughts of doubt, fear, and poverty; which only cutoff the inflow of prosperity.

Now is the time to change that negative, habitual, pattern of thinking. Remember, the stream of plenty flows toward the expectant mind. We must live by faith expecting to receive.

Firmly establish the desired goal in your mind and live expectant. Expect good things to happen. Expect to be blessed. Imagine already being in possession of wealth and develop the prosperity you seek in your mind first. Know where you are and where you are going; and expect to get there!

Allow your expectation to trigger the attractive force that will help move your desired goals in your direction.

“As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.”
— Proverbs 23:7

Let the law of attraction help manifest your prosperous thoughts.

Remember: As you think means the innermost thoughts of your heart; which you control. That is what you expect, what you attract, and what you will ultimately receive.

May you live by faith, expecting to attract a life of growing prosperity!

Budgeting – Dave Ramsey Money Makeover

Budgeting – Dave Ramsey Money Makeover

The Power of a Budget and Baby Steps to Beat Debt and Build Wealth

I’m sure you have heard of Dave Ramsey; often referred to as today’s financial guru.

His path to wealth is based on seven, simple, common sense baby steps.

However, before taking the first step, he teaches the importance of a written monthly budget.

Ramsey’s book The Total Money Makeover”made the NY Times Best Seller list. He also teaches these principles in other books and courses. Plus you’ll find him on the radio, TV, at live events and his website is www.daveramsey.com.

Dave Ramsey’s recommended baby steps are below:

1 – $1,000 to Start an Emergency Fund

We all know it is only a matter of time before the unexpected emergency happens. This is for the unexpected things we can’t plan for.

2 – Pay Off All Debt Using the Debt Snowball

List all of your debts and begin paying them off starting with the one with the smallest balance. Once the first one is paid begin using the “extra money” toward paying the next on the list, etc.

3 – 3 to 6 Months of Expenses in Savings

After the first two steps are completed it is time to start building your full emergency fund.

4 – Invest 15% of Household Income Into Roth IRAs and Pre-Tax Retirement

When you reach this step, you’ll have no payments except your house. Now it is time to get serious about building wealth.

5 – College Funding for Children

Make sure you have already started investing 15% of your income in step 4 before saving for college.

6 – Pay Off Home Early

Now is the time to begin putting all extra money toward the mortgage to realize the dream of life without a house payment.

7 – Build Wealth and Give!

Time to build wealth and give like never before. Leave an inheritance for future generations and bless others with your excess.

video clip of Dave Ramsey:

Our society today is lacking in financial common sense and discipline. Everyone wants to have things “now” but figure out how to “pay” later.

There is hope though, and there is help for anyone who wants it. I’m always very encouraged to hear the success stories of those who have gone through the Dave Ramsey course.

If your finances are a mess, it is not too late to reach out for help, make a plan, and begin taking the first step to turn things around! 🙂

May you be blessed to be a blessing!

God bless you always,

Growing Prosperity – Generosity is Like the Secret Sauce of the Abundant Life!

Growing Prosperity – Generosity is Like the Secret Sauce of the Abundant Life!

How to Virtually Guarantee You Will Experience Growing Prosperity?

Growing prosperity will flourish when generosity is a daily part of life.

Generosity is like the secret sauce of an abundant life because it causes a person to receive more than they give…

Sound impossible?

It is said that the two greatest motivating forces in a person’s life are their desire for gain and their fear of loss. Generosity directly affects both.

Generosity Equals Growing Prosperity

If there was something you could do to virtually guarantee you would never lack for your physical needs, and that you would experience growing prosperity, would you want to know what it is? Well good news, because that something is available to you today. All you have to do is to become truly generous.

The wise Solomon tells us that if we are generous we will never lack for anything, but every true need will be provided and we will have growing prosperity. (Proverbs 11:24-25)

A generous person readily and freely gives a considerable portion of what they have to meet the needs of others and they do so without any expectation of getting something in return. And being generous isn’t just limited to financial and material generosity. It is actually about meeting the real needs of others, regardless of whether it is with your finances, actions, or emotional help.

Too many people think they have to be rich before they can be generous. But this is simply not true. We all have something to give, such as; time, kind words, thoughtfulness, and considerate acts.

Additional Benefits of Generosity

Generosity is one of the most admired characteristics anyone can express. Think about the business man who donates large amounts to charity, or the child who gives his hard-earned allowance to a disaster relief, or the elderly woman who freely gives a portion of what little food she has to a food drive. We appreciate and admire their generous giving.

However, appreciation and admiration are not the only benefits of generosity. A generous person will experience heartfelt joy when they help meet the needs of others. They will be happier and find that just as they refresh others, they too are refreshed. Their own needs will be abundantly supplied for.

“There is one who scatters, yet increases more;
And there is one who withholds more than is right,
But it leads to poverty.
The generous soul will be made rich,
And he who waters will also be watered himself.”
— Proverbs 11:24-25

What about those who are not generous? Well the same proverb previously mentioned says they will fall into poverty. This could be financial or material poverty, or emotional poverty. They tend to never be satisfied with what they have and continually need more.

Why not choose to develop your generous side? Generosity begins in the heart and is expressed through action. Extending generosity to others is a win-win situation. As you willingly bless others, watch as your own needs are abundantly supplied for in life.

May you be generous always and enjoy growing prosperity!

How to Prosper and Achieve Incredible Success with the Powerful Skill of Diligence!

How to Prosper and Achieve Incredible Success with the Powerful Skill of Diligence!

This Rare but Powerful Skill is the Prosperous Key to Helping Make Your Dreams a Reality

Prosperous outcomes –

require the use of powerful skills.

How would you like to become one in 1000…

who accomplishes abundant success?

In every project we take on,

as well as every goal we go after,

we will get results anywhere from extraordinary to disastrous.

The Prosperous Key to Making Dreams a Reality

Take a look at the lives of successful people and you’ll see that they have encountered final outcomes in one or more aspects of their lives from this range.

The exception: When it comes to the prosperous areas of their lives, the successful results are from putting into practice the simple, but extremely powerful skill of diligence.

Diligence was the key that helped them make their dreams a reality.

“Do you see a man diligent in his business? He shall stand before kings.”
— Proverbs 22:29

Thomas Edison, Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, Walt Disney, Henry Ford, and Bill Gates are just a few of the people who have used the skill of diligence.

Why Do So Few People Fully Utilize Diligence?

The truth is it is a skill that can be learned by anyone regardless of their education, background, or IQ. True diligence is a rare, valuable trait that runs contrary to human nature.

Everyone has characteristics that happen to be part of the human condition. These types of characteristics create our natural drives, tendencies, strengths, as well as weaknesses. Diligence, although, is just not one of them.

Actually, the characteristic universal to all mankind is the desire, or drive, for quick gratification. We desire as much as we can acquire, as quickly as we can acquire it, by using as little work as possible. This is our human nature. Everyone has a natural tendency to pursue the path of least resistance.

“The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want.”
— Proverbs 21:5

Thankfully, in spite of this natural tendency, we can decide to undertake a path of greater resistance and grow diligent in the pursuit of every venture, assignment, or goal. And when a person develops this type of diligence, it is possible to achieve incredible success in any significant area of life.

Diligence to Prosper

Diligence is often described as a persistent and hard-working effort in doing something.

Diligence is working at something with persistence in addition to working smart. Doing it right, or to put it another way, doing it on time to the highest possible standards achievable, regardless of what is required or anticipated. It means bringing creative thinking, persistence, and in many cases incorporating other individuals as well as outside resources into the work to achieve incredible success.

Seem difficult and too much to handle?

That is because true diligence consists of numerous qualities. That’s the reason true diligence is extremely rare and hard to find. However, let me just say, you can begin incorporating these qualities of excellence today and start developing the skill of diligence. And you need to know that anybody can develop it.

Why not develop this rare, but powerful skill of diligence that is your prosperous key to helping make your dreams a reality?

Make no mistake about it; prosperous outcomes are possible when we have perfected the skill of diligence. We can make use of it in all critical areas of our lives, in any undertaking or goal; to quickly achieve amazing results. We can make use of it to change lousy careers into great careers; okay relationships into wonderful relationships; and a faltering business into a prosperous one.

May you develop the powerful skill of diligence and achieve a life of growing prosperity!

A Desire in the Heart and Magnetizing Thoughts

A Desire in the Heart and Magnetizing Thoughts

Dare to Listen to the Voice of God Calling You!

Young or old…

it is never too late to reach out and manifest those dreams and desires that God has placed on your heart…

The following is an excerpt from “How to Get What You Want” by Orison Swett Marden…

Enjoy the following, which is taken from chapter 2 of Marden’s book:

===========

“‘Think the things you want.’ The profoundest philosophy is locked up in these few words.

Think of them clearly, persistently, concentrating upon them with all the force and might of your mind, and struggle toward them with all your energy. This is the way to make yourself a magnet for the things you want.

But the moment you begin to doubt, to worry, to fear, you demagnetize yourself, and the things you desire flee from you. You drive them away by your mental attitude.

They cannot come near you while you are deliberately separating yourself from them. You are going in one direction, and the things you want are going in the opposite direction.

“A desire in the heart for anything,” says H. Emilie Cady, “is God’s sure promise sent beforehand to indicate that it is yours already in the limitless realm of supply.”

No matter how discouraging your present outlook, how apparently unpromising your future, cling to your desire and you will realize it. Picture the ideal conditions, visualize the success, which you long to attain; imagine yourself already in the position you are ambitious to reach.

Do not acknowledge limitations, do not allow any other suggestion to lodge in your mind than the success you long for, the conditions you aspire to.

Picture your desires as actually realized, and hold fast to your vision with all the tenacity you can muster. This is the way out of your difficulties; this is the way to open the door ahead of you to the place higher up, to better and brighter conditions.

When Clifton Crawford, the actor, started on his career in America, he played in one-week performances in small towns and cities. One night he was told by a prominent member of the company that his work wasn’t much good, that he would never be successful, and had better go back home to Scotland.

Notwithstanding this discouraging but well-meant criticism and advice, young Crawford remained in America, continued in his profession and in a comparatively short time reached the coveted position of a Broadway ‘star.’

After his first success in New York he had the satisfaction of meeting the friend who had advised him to return to his own country, and reminded him of the incident.

Clifton Crawford won out because he related himself mentally to the thing he wanted, because he listened to the voice in his own soul rather than to the pessimistic predictions of outside voices.

“Why has the heart restless yearnings
For heights and steps untrod?
Some call it the voice of longing
And others the voice of God.”

That something within you which longs to be brought out, to be expressed, is the voice of God calling to you.

Don’t disregard it.

Don’t be afraid of your longings; there is divinity in them. Don’t try to strangle them because you think they are much too extravagant, too Utopian.

The Creator has not given you a longing to do that which you have no ability to do.

One reason why the lives of many of us are so narrow and pinched, small and common-place, is because we are afraid to fling out our desires, our longings, afraid to visualize them.

We become so accustomed to putting our confidence only in things that we see on the physical plane, in the material that is real to the senses, that it is very difficult for us to realize that the capital power, the force that does things, resides in the mind.

Instead of believing in our possession of the things we desire, we believe in our limitations, in our restrictions.

We demagnetize ourselves by wrong thinking and lack of faith.

We see only the obstacles in our path, and forget that man, working with God, is greater than any obstacle that can oppose itself to his will.” — Orison Swett Marden

=====================

“Be followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.”
— Hebrews 6:12

God bless you,
Brenda

Abundant Prosperity – Wisdom and Focus is Your 2 Ticket Winning Combination for Success!

Abundant Prosperity – Wisdom and Focus is Your 2 Ticket Winning Combination for Success

The Power of Increased Wisdom and Focus for Growing Prosperity!

Abundant prosperity seems to have a way of following after…

wisdom and focus.

What areas of your life do you find yourself –

overwhelmed, troubled, and not prospering in at this time?

Well, why not take a look at the –

winning combination of wisdom and focus…

and find out how it can turn that troubled area into success?

Wisdom to Prosper

Obviously, when it comes to dealing successfully with the trials and storms of life that blow through, the wisdom of God is a very powerful commodity. The book of Proverbs shows us over and over that wisdom brings the knowledge of what to do in situations, and it results in a prosperous, successful, and long life.

“If anyone lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, that gives to all men liberally, and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavers is like a wave of the sea, driven with the wind and tossed.” — James 1:5-6

Single Minded Focus to Prosper

When trouble comes, we usually encounter a lack of wisdom. And this tends to be on top of an unstable mind, which is of course also lacking the single minded focus needed to prosper. A double minded person is moved in whichever direction the winds of adversity blow.

“For let not that man think he shall receive any thing of the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.” — James 1:7-8

Wisdom, Focus, and Asking in Faith

So how do we get the wisdom needed to attract abundant prosperity and success? By asking God in faith; and confidently trusting Him to give the wisdom He said He would give when we ask.

This should come as no surprise, since everything in the believer’s life comes back to faith.

How do we ask in faith? It is not difficult! Simply ask God according to His Word.

Sample prayer for wisdom and provision:

“Lord, Your Word says in James 1, that if anyone lacks wisdom they are to ask of You, and You will give it liberally. Lord, I ask in faith right now for Your wisdom in this matter. I believe I receive what I’ve asked for according to Your Word. Philippians 4:19 says that You shall supply all my needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. And in Colossians 2:2-3, You said that in Jesus are hid all treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Therefore, I have wisdom and all my needs are taken care of. I know that You have heard me, and I know I have the petition that I have asked. I thank You for these things. In Jesus name. Amen.”

Now we move forward in confidence, knowing and acting as if we have received. We stay mentally fixed, focused, and immovable that God’s Word will come to pass and manifest in our lives. That is asking in faith.

On the other hand, if someone asks timidly and full of doubt, they are like a wave being moved in whichever way the wind blows and never receiving anything.  The wavering believer says, “I am healed. No, I think I’m sick. Yes, I’m healed. Wait, I think I feel sick.” The double minded believer is not going to receive anything.

Bottom line: Wisdom is required to live an abundant, prosperous life. And God is just waiting to provide that wisdom to those who ask Him for it by faith. Overcome unbelief and doubt by keeping a fixed, single minded focus on the request made in faith according to the Word of God. Let wisdom and focus be your winning combination for success and abundant prosperity.

May your increased wisdom and focus be followed by the abundance of God and a life of growing prosperity!

Be blessed to be a blessing –

Cheers,
Brenda

Growing Prosperity – Do You Want 7 Proven Ways to Shortcut Your Path to Wealth?

Growing Prosperity – Do You Want 7 Proven Ways to Shortcut Your Path to Wealth?

7 Proven Ways to Shortcut Your Path to Wealth

Growing prosperity is a process and a journey.

One of the paths, we all want to take on this journey, is the path to wealth…

And we want to reach this destination in life as quickly as possible.

So what are some shortcuts you can take on your path to wealth?

There are many time-tested and proven shortcuts that we can see the wealthy have in common. Some so seemingly simple that they are often overlooked in value. However, even though they may appear ‘simple’, do not underestimate the power they can have when put into action.

Without further ado, here are seven of the best ones I have discovered:

Top 7 Proven Ways to Shortcut Your Path to Wealth

1.) Acknowledge God as Your Source

Who is your source? Many people make the mistake of thinking that their job is their source of supply. But they need to realize that God is the source and uses their work as a means to let the funds flow to them.

Expect God to bless you. And remember problems and needs are opportunities for God to provide for you. His abundance is unlimited.

2.) Knowledge is Power

Is your knowledge limited? More often than not, our knowledge is far too limited to make the best financial decisions that lead to wealth.

Solomon cautions us in Proverbs 15:22, that without counsel, plans are frustrated, but with many counselors they succeed. By seeking the counsel and wisdom of others, we radically expand our knowledge and ability to make wise financial decisions.

3.) Honor God with Your Tithes

Are you a tither? Wealthy and successful people are found to give ten percent or more of their income to charity. Those that honor God with their tithe (10 percent of their income), have the right to stand on the promise in Malachi 3:10 that says, “Bring all the tithes into the storehouse… and prove me now, saith the Lord, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.”

“Tithing seems to put a person in touch with some mysterious force that attracts money.”
— Norman Vincent Peale

4.) Be a Generous Giver

Do you exhibit generosity; the quality that receives more than it gives? Giving has been compared to waving a magic wand that manifests prosperity.

There is a well known proverb that tells us that those who give generously to others will gain back even more than they give. (Proverbs 11:24-25) Sound impossible? Just try it and see!

5.) Learn to Save

Have you developed the habit of saving? The discipline of consistently saving even small amounts, regularly over time, is a practice that leads to financial success. The savings habit, combined with growing knowledge to make wise investments, will shortcut your path to wealth.

6.) Stay Out of Bad Debt

Do you recognize that debt is a problem? The borrower is slave to the lender. (Proverbs 22:7) The majority of people in debt continue to get deeper in debt. The spirit of ‘keeping up with the Jones’ is a problem. Debt is your enemy.

“Debt is a merciless master. It will do everything it can to destroy you.”
– Napoleon Hill

7.) Be Thankful

Are you a thankful person? God gave you wisdom and He gave you ability. It is His will that you are blessed to be a blessing. Do you give Him thanks for your job; which provides you monetary gain? Do you give thanks to all that you have been allowed to be steward over?

Being thankful and appreciative for the little creates an atmosphere for future growth.

So there you have it: Why not use these seven proven shortcuts on your path to wealth?

May you shortcut your path to wealth and enjoy a life of growing prosperity!

Be blessed to be a blessing –

Cheers,
Brenda
