Do You Want to Stop Fear and Boost Your Self-Esteem?

Filed in: Self-Confidence by Admin on 08-04-09

Do You Want to Stop Fear and Boost Your Self-Esteem?

Discover How to Put a Stop to Fear and Bring Out the Real You with a Boost to Your Self-Confidence!

Self-esteem is such a powerful, driving force in our lives. The image we have of ourselves; be it good or bad, is going to keep us in failure or move us to success. Another powerful force to take note of is fear. It is a negative one that will rob us of our confidence.

How can you even begin to be confident when fear makes you anxious, stressed, worried, depressed, and unsure of yourself?

Fear is a great handicap that hinders your self-esteem because it only allows you to see the negative side of things. It will paralyze you from moving forward.

Jesus even told us over and over not to be afraid. He helped reveal to us that fear will produce what we fear.

Are you with me? Do you understand the importance of putting a stop to fear? You need to learn to nip fear in the bud daily. Become conscious of fearful thoughts quickly!

Fear drives Failure and Faith drives Confidence.

Faith and Confidence for SuccessVictory over fear is required if you want to boost your self-esteem. Mastery of the thoughts and the words you speak will help give you victory. Memorize some positive affirmations to use as replacements for fearful thoughts that try to attack your mind.

Put a stop to the cycle of fear by standing on the Word of God and replacing fear with faith. Faith is evidence of your trust in God. God’s Word frees you from fear.

Some Affirmation Examples to Help Replace Fear with Faith and Confidence:

  • God has not given me the spirit of fear; but of power, and love, and of a sound mind.
    (2 Timothy 1:7)
  • The peace of God keeps my heart and mind in Christ Jesus.  (Philippians 4:7)
  • My confidence is in the Lord and I will not be afraid. (Proverbs 3:25-26)

No doubt about it; there is no limit to what you can do in holding fast to self-confident and courageous thoughts. We fail only when we lose faith in our God given ability to abound in life. It is through faith we touch the very source of life and gain the strength to live successful. Replace the fear in your life with faith filled words and give a big boost to your self-esteem.

May your confidence soar higher and your life abound with growing prosperity!

God bless you,
Brenda

How to Get Favor to Move You from Lack to Abundance!

Filed in: Favor by Admin on 08-01-09

How to Get Favor to Move You from Lack to Abundance!

Discover How You Can Move Into Abundance with These Keys and Confessions to Help Manifest Favor in Your Life!

Abundant Favor of GodTake it from me, if you are on the brink of a breakdown, you need to attract some favor.

Do you find yourself withdrawn into a shell of fear, anxiety, frustration, and negativism due to childhood experiences, bad situations, and failures in marriage and life? Have years of sowing negative thoughts into your spirit attracted to you negative, sour, mean, people and situations?

Well, don’t be kept in the dark. Your thoughts are the beginning of your reality. Constantly confessing the negative will put up a road block that prevents favor from coming through to you. Learn to change your attitude toward life and you’ll change your place in it and begin to see abundance.

Live expecting favor and you’ll change your insecurities and disappointments into success. In John 17:22 we are told that the glory that God gave Jesus, He gave to us. How awesome is that? You have the same glory that Jesus had.

Picture the Lord coming to you and placing a crown of glory and honor on your head. With this kind of favor you would live expecting things to happen! Your lack, doubt and insecurities would vanish and turn into powerful confidence.

The simple fact of the matter is: You need to change your attitude and let God’s Word be true in your life. Stand on the truth of His Word and it will set you free from whatever is holding you back. Faith comes by hearing the Word, so speak His words over your life daily. Don’t be one that confesses doubt and failure until you are depressed and broken down.

MAKE BOLD FAVOR CONFESSIONS TO MOVE YOURSELF INTO ABUNDANCE:

  • God Makes His Face to Shine Upon Me Today and He is Gracious to Me
  • I Have God’s Special Favor on Me Today and I Prosper
  • God Gives Me Abundance of Favor
  • I Have Favor with God and All Men
  • God is Doing Exceedingly Abundantly Above All That I Ask or Think
  • I Am Blessed to Be a Blessing to Others
  • God is Pouring the Spirit of Favor on Me Today

Repeat these confessions until they are deposited into your spirit. Remember, nothing is impossible with God! Learn to walk in the law of God’s favor and abundance. It is available for everyone. Choose to receive it.

May you experience growing prosperity and favor and move into your desired abundant life!

Be blessed to be a blessing -

Cheers,
Brenda

Abundance: Living in All the Fullness God has Provided

What is Abundance?  I believe it is living in all the fullness God has provided in His Word!

“How excellent is your lovingkindness, O God!
therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of Your wings.
They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of Your house;
and You shall make them drink of the river of your pleasures.
For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light shall we see light.
O continue Your lovingkindness unto them that know you;
and Your righteousness to the upright in heart.”
Psalm 36:7-10

Abundance comes from God -

So take time daily to meditate on His Word and find out what He has provided …

May you continue to experience a life of growing prosperity and abundance!

Be blessed to be a blessing!

God bless you,
Brenda

Self-Esteem – 7 Strategies Boost Your Personal Image with Amazing Results!

Filed in: Self-Confidence by Admin on 07-07-09

Self-Esteem – 7 Strategies Boost Your Personal Image with Amazing Results!

Boost Your Confidence With These Seven Strategies

Self-esteem anConfidenced the image we carry of ourselves is a powerful driving force in our lives. Do you lack self-confidence to accomplish things and move yourself ahead in life? Do you feel timid, fearful, and overwhelmingly anxious way to often?

If any of this rings true, then make a choice to start changing things.

The self-image or concept we have of ourselves and the self-respect we give ourselves should be given great attention and importance.

These seven strategies will help boost your image as you begin to discover the powerful, unlimited opportunities within you:

1) Acknowledge your Creator. Know that you are a child of God. Begin to see yourself and your life the way God sees you. You are a child of God and overcome, because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world. (1 John 4:4)

2) Meditation and affirmations should be a daily routine. Think and speak what you want. It’s only a matter of time until what you think about and how you see yourself on the inside is what your life will look like on the outside. Example affirmation: God has given me a spirit of power and love and a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7)

3) Healthy lifestyle choices provide maximum performance. Having great confidence requires doing the best with the body you’ve been given. Eat right, exercise, monitor what you watch and listen to. Learn to love and laugh often.

4) Acknowledge your strengths & abilities. Take inventory of what you are good at. We’ve all been given special gifts and talents. You’ll be empowered as you find ways to build on your strengths.

5) Celebrate the small victories! Learn to celebrate you and the small victories in life. This helps increase your confidence and encourage you to continue moving onto greater victories.

6) Notice and express the good in others. Acknowledging the positive qualities in others is excellent practice for learning to acknowledge your own positive qualities. And don’t forget, we reap what we sow.  As you are generous in your compliments to others, others will be generous in their compliments to you. A great self-esteem booster!

7) Nip fear in the bud daily. Fear is a great handicap that hinders growth and only allows us to see the negative side of things. Become conscious of fearful thoughts quickly. Memorize some positive affirmations to use as replacements for fearful thoughts that try to attack your mind.

The bottom line is this: Going through life with low self-esteem, feeling like an incapable, unworthy, low-life nobody will simply turn you into that. So let’s agree to put a stop to that today!

One of the greatest things you can do for yourself and others is to uncover the capable, powerful, confident person inside yourself. The real you is just waiting to be discovered. God has a purpose and a plan for your life, made just for you. Live successful and take steps daily to boost your self-esteem.

May you discover your true potential and continue to experience growing prosperity!

Soar higher in Him,
Brenda

How Fast Can You Get the Abundance You Want? A Key to God Speed the Process!

Filed in: Meditation by Admin on 06-23-09

How Fast Can You Get the Abundance You Want?

Abundance – A Key to God Speed the Process!

Abundance can be manifested at a faster rate once you develop yourself. Soon you’ll be off and running.

God Speed AbundanceStart where you are. Learning to walk begins with a crawl, and learning to run begins with a jog. It is a process to develop ourselves and see improvement. And just because we fall when learning to walk, doesn’t mean we give up and crawl our whole life.

First things first, in order to manifest a desire we must clearly define and vision that desire. We must believe and have faith that we will receive it.

Once we see and hear the desire in our thoughts, then we must SPEAK it. This is the key.

Hearing Your Voice – Speaking Your Confession – is Key to Quickly Attracting Abundance!

Your abundance will manifest more quickly if you speak, quote, meditate, and confess it to yourself out loud. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Hearing it deposits it into your heart. Proverbs says, that we are what we think in our hearts (23:7).

Are you with me? If you believe and stand in faith for something, speak it to yourself daily and it will be attracted to you quicker. Your voice speaking the Word of God has a powerful force that enters into your spirit, and you receive that force.

Faith is a law and you make it work and prosper by applying confession.  Daily confession will develop your faith at a much faster rate.

To be on track, confess what God’s Word has to say about your desire and belief. Make sure they line up and then put the power of His Word to work in your life by hearing yourself speaking it daily.

Example of Sample Confessions for Financial Abundance:

God wants me to prosper. (3 John 2)
I am a generous person and I prosper. (Prov. 11:25)
I delight myself in the Lord and He gives me the desires of my heart. (Psalm 37:4)
I acknowledge God who gives me the power to get wealth. (Deut. 8:18)
I honor God with my tithe and my bank accounts are filled with plenty. (Prov. 3:9-10)

So there you have it: Speak abundance, and keep speaking abundance. Get God’s Word firmly planted in your spirit with daily affirmations and know that you know it is true in you. Once you are sure, you will move into God speed and quickly manifest your desired abundance.

May you continue to experience growing prosperity in your life!

Be blessed to be a blessing,
Brenda

Simple Affirmation Power From A Single Bible Verse

Filed in: Meditation by Admin on 06-16-09

Simple Affirmation Power From A Single Bible Verse

How Can a Single Affirmation Provide Power?

Affirmation power can simply come from a single verse. Are you making your daily affirmation routine complicated? Do you feel like you need pages of affirmations to get the results you desire?affirmation_power

If so, I’m here today to say ‘wrong’!

You CAN keep it simple and get results.

This is especially true if your affirmation is based on the Word of God. There is amazing power to discover from simply meditating on a single Bible verse.

Meditating on the Word does NOT have to be a struggle!

Start by choosing a verse that seems to jump out at you, or that you connect with. You may not even understand why you are feeling attracted to that particular verse.  Just go with it and start the process of planting it in your heart.

Write the verse down and personalize it as your own affirmation. Keep it with you and read it to yourself as often as you think of it. Meditate on it and confess it as much as possible. Record yourself reading it and listen to it over and over.

Even if you don’t think it will have an effect – just do it anyway. Why? Because we are told that God’s Word will not return void. You can have confidence that when you speak it, it will be accomplished and prosper. (Isaiah 55:11)

My Personal Experience

A few years ago I added some verses to my personal goals and business plan. I kept a copy with me and read it often. Then I recorded it and listened to it regularly. Unfortunately, I stopped my daily affirmations and confessions for awhile and results in that area slowed almost to a stop.

But the Word that had already been planted kept attracting me back to those goals. This also reminded me to continue with the affirmations, which created a positive cycle.

One single verse that I confessed and focused on, and still confess regularly is:

“Be generous. A generous man will prosper. He who refreshes others will he himself be refreshed.”
Proverbs 11:24-25

I recognized recently that I am prospering in new areas that I have been generous to others in. I then thought of that simple affirmation and so appreciate the power of it shaping my life. Believe me, for years I struggled and taking time for affirmations seemed to be a total waste of time. It seemed a joke. But I can’t say it enough – God’s Word will not return void!!

If any of this rings true, I challenge you to keep it simple. Grab hold of a verse from the Word of God. Make it your own and discover the life changing power you can have from a single affirmation.

May you continue to experience growing prosperity in your life!

God bless & soar higher,
Brenda

P.S. Do you have a helpful verse or affirmation you would like to share? We’d all love to hear it!
