How to Get Favor to Move You from Lack to Abundance!
Discover How You Can Move Into Abundance with These Keys and Confessions to Help Manifest Favor in Your Life!
Take it from me, if you are on the brink of a breakdown, you need to attract some favor.
Do you find yourself withdrawn into a shell of fear, anxiety, frustration, and negativism due to childhood experiences, bad situations, and failures in marriage and life? Have years of sowing negative thoughts into your spirit attracted to you negative, sour, mean, people and situations?
Well, don’t be kept in the dark. Your thoughts are the beginning of your reality. Constantly confessing the negative will put up a road block that prevents favor from coming through to you. Learn to change your attitude toward life and you’ll change your place in it and begin to see abundance.
Live expecting favor and you’ll change your insecurities and disappointments into success. In John 17:22 we are told that the glory that God gave Jesus, He gave to us. How awesome is that? You have the same glory that Jesus had.
Picture the Lord coming to you and placing a crown of glory and honor on your head. With this kind of favor you would live expecting things to happen! Your lack, doubt and insecurities would vanish and turn into powerful confidence.
The simple fact of the matter is: You need to change your attitude and let God’s Word be true in your life. Stand on the truth of His Word and it will set you free from whatever is holding you back. Faith comes by hearing the Word, so speak His words over your life daily. Don’t be one that confesses doubt and failure until you are depressed and broken down.
MAKE BOLD FAVOR CONFESSIONS TO MOVE YOURSELF INTO ABUNDANCE:
- God Makes His Face to Shine Upon Me Today and He is Gracious to Me
- I Have God’s Special Favor on Me Today and I Prosper
- God Gives Me Abundance of Favor
- I Have Favor with God and All Men
- God is Doing Exceedingly Abundantly Above All That I Ask or Think
- I Am Blessed to Be a Blessing to Others
- God is Pouring the Spirit of Favor on Me Today
Repeat these confessions until they are deposited into your spirit. Remember, nothing is impossible with God! Learn to walk in the law of God’s favor and abundance. It is available for everyone. Choose to receive it.
May you experience growing prosperity and favor and move into your desired abundant life!
Be blessed to be a blessing -
Cheers,
Brenda

01The Secret of the LORD – Discover the Key to the Treasures of Life!
Filed in: Intimacy with God by Admin on 07-01-09The Secret of the LORD – Discover the Key to the Treasures of Life!
Do You Fear the LORD?
Secrets are something we all have and not all secrets are bad. We share our secrets with those who are in close relationship with us and who we can trust. God has some secrets He would like to share with those who are in an intimate relationship with Him.
How do we enter into an intimate relationship with God?
Fear of God is the starting point to having an intimate relationship with Him.
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” Proverbs 1:7
It seems that many Christians call Jesus their Lord and Savior but they don’t fear Him with a holy fear that acknowledges He is their supreme Lord.
People tend to love a distorted image of Jesus that they create with their own imagination and understanding.
Don’t be fooled, a lack of holy fear separates us from intimacy with God.
How do you obtain this necessary fear of the Lord? (Proverbs 2:1-5)
1) Receive the Word of God. “My son, if you will receive my words, …”
2) Hide His Commandments in You. “… And hide my commandments with you; …”
3) Incline Your Ear to Wisdom. “… So that you incline your ear unto wisdom, …”
4) Apply Your Heart to Understanding. “… and apply your heart to understanding; …”
5) Cry Out For Knowledge & Discernment. “… Yes, if you cry after knowledge, and lift up your voice for understanding; …”
6) Seek it and Search as You Would for Hidden Treasures. “… If you seek her as silver, and search for her as hidden treasures; then shall you understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.”
The fear of the LORD is the key to Unlock His Treasures.
Fear of the Lord is the key that unlocks His treasures in our lives.
“And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of your times, and strength of salvation; the fear of the LORD is the key to this treasure.” – Isaiah 33:6
God desires that we draw near to Him, but this is impossible without a holy fear. It is not about being scared of God. The person who fears God has nothing to hide because he knows his life is an open book before God. He puts God’s desires before the desires of himself and others.
How does God know if we fear Him?
We obey Him. Evidence of a holy fear is obedience to God’s commandments.
The Secret of the LORD is with Those Who Fear Him
“The secret of the LORD is with them that fear Him; and He will show them His covenant.” Psalm 25:14
A holy fear of the Lord produces unconditional obedience in our hearts and lives. The Lord is drawn to those who fear Him and He works in them both to will and to do His good pleasure. Those that fear the Lord enjoy his secret and treasures.
May you draw near to God as He draws near to you and experience a life of growing prosperity!
God bless you,

No Secret – Fear Will Rob You of Your Prosperity!
Get Victory Over Fear and Step Into Your God Given Ability to Attract Abundance!
Fear of failure
is a common enemy to your prosperity. How can you even begin to prosper when fear makes you anxious, stressed, worried, depressed, and unsure of yourself?
When fear is in charge, it’s all that you can do to make it through the day, let alone even think about the first step needed to prosper.
If you struggle with fear, guess what? You are not alone.
Much is taught on fear, because it is a battle for many.
Fear Sets Failure in Motion
Fear is a negative force that attracts to you that very thing you fear. Jesus told us over and over things like; fear not, be not afraid, don’t be anxious. He wasn’t just saying these things to hear Himself talk! He was revealing the important fact that, fear will produce what you fear.
Hopefully by now you understand that when you fear, you set in motion the formula for failure. Fear is evidence of unbelief and it will paralyze you from moving forward.
Mastery of the thoughts and the words we speak will help give us victory. And victory over fear is required if we want to prosper.
Faith Sets Prosperity in Motion
But how do you go about that?
Put a stop to the cycle of fear by standing on the Word of God and replacing fear with faith. God’s Word frees you from fear. Faith is evidence of your trust in God.
Start resisting fear and begin attracting the prosperity you desire in your life by speaking faith verses such as these:
“God has not given me the spirit of fear; but of power, and love, and of a sound mind.”
– 2 Timothy 1:7“Whoever harkens unto Me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.”
– Proverbs 1:33
No doubt about it: The timid, fearful, questioning of ‘What if I should fail?’ attitude has ruined more careers than anything else.
On the other hand, there is no limit to what you can do in holding fast to your self-confident and courageous thoughts. We fail only when we lose faith in our God given ability to abound in life. It is through faith we touch the very source of life and gain the strength to grab hold of our prosperity.
May you boldly move forward in life and continue to experience growing prosperity!
God bless you,

02Would You Like 2 Easy Steps That Attract Abundant Favor To Prosper?
Filed in: Favor by Admin on 06-02-09Would You Like 2 Easy Steps That Attract Abundant Favor To Prosper?
Apply These Two Easy Steps to Attract Prosperous Favor for a New Lease on Life!
There is no better time than now to attract some favor. Especially if you are like so many who are ready to throw in the towel or feel like their back is up against the wall. Have years of sowing negative thoughts attracted negative, sour, people and situations into your life?
It’s no wonder, because your thoughts are the beginning of your reality. Constantly thinking and speaking negative will short circuit favor from getting through to you.
But the GOOD NEWS is, there is ABUNDANT FAVOR available to you. You are made in God’s image. In you is the ability to give and receive favor. God is reaching out His hand of favor to you. You must stop thinking you are not capable or worthy of receiving and giving His favor. A strong negative spirit will hinder your ability to reach out and receive much of this favor.
Know where you stand. God is a God of love, favor, and mercy. You are an outlet for His power to flow through to bless you and others. He is constantly promoting those who learn to live in this law of favor. To be on track, you must follow His steps.
Attract Favor by Following Two Easy Steps:
#1 – First you must think, believe, and expect favor to flow from God and others to you. Get your thoughts in-line and see yourself receiving favor everywhere you go and in everything you do.
#2 – Second, you need to favor others even when they are ugly and unkind to you. Give favor to others daily.
Plain and simple, you reap what you sow. Give and the Lord will make men give unto you. Set yourself up to receive favor. Meditate and sow good thoughts of blessings to others.
We are told in 2 Corinthians 9:10 that God gives seed to the sower. As you give, God continues to fill your life with fresh favor to prosper. But just like electricity has no power until the circuit is completed, favor has no power until your circuit is completed. You must let it flow to others.
A new lease on life can be yours. Reach out beyond your present “rut” by expecting favor. Develop an attitude of being blessed to be a blessing. Watch as you leap into new levels of favor and growing prosperity in your life!
God bless you,
Brenda
Faith in the Blood of Jesus Video
There is Power in the Blood
“Faith in His blood is the power and the vehicle that launches the believer into the very presence of God.” Mark Hankins
I ran across this old song the other day and wanted to share.
“There is not one thing in me that the Blood doesn’t cleanse.” Smith Wigglesworth
“…The blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin, 1 John 1:7. The blood in your body circulates from head to toe every 23 seconds. The blood carries life itself. It carries in the nutrients you need to live and it also carries out the garbage. The blood of Jesus circulates throughout the Body of Christ. We need one another. We need to be assembled together and we need to fellowship with other believers (Hebrews 10:25). There is some assembly required. I feel sorry for people who think they can make it on their own. We need other strong believers to fellowship with around the Word of God. Then the blood of Jesus circulates and takes care of life and health for us.” Excerpt from Mark Hankins book Taking Your Place In Christ.
The subheading of his book is Understanding Your Identity & Inheritance In Him. I’ve been studying a lot of Mark Hankins teachings since his recent visit to our church a few weeks ago. He has a great way of mixing humor with his messages that are really powerful! I highly recommend checking out his resources…

Abundance Tapping Faith in Action
The Windows of Heaven Opened Above Me and Dropped Down a Bed!
I was blessed BIG Time this week and I want to share to encourage you.
I’ve been working on my faith and looking at where I’m letting doubts and unbelief hinder my progress. What am I doing or saying that makes me keep hitting a wall and only making it to a certain level of prosperity?
I’m standing in belief, confessing, tithing, and taking action in the natural. But I realized I have a problem with my “receiver”. I have great faith to believe to receive for others. And I say I do for myself. But then I noticed deep down I feel a sense of unworthiness to really be blessed personally.
Last week, guest minister Rev. Mark Hankins, shared with our church an encouraging message to meditate and get into The Word and see who we are Christ. So I’ve been bombarding myself day and night with the Word of God via books, CD’s, and recordings of myself confessing the Word.
And here’s my story this week … Look what the Lord has done!
Monday as I was cleaning up some (okay, well a lot) of paperwork off my counter, I came across an ad for a mattress. I thought ‘that would be awesome to have a nice bed’. My current bed is a small twin that used to be my daughters and is worn out. I have it layered with blankets and a foam piece so I can’t feel the springs. I toss and turn all night and every morning I wake up with a sore back. It’s embarrassing to say, but I’ve been accepting this for many years.
Tuesday I woke up and had an overwhelming sense that I was close to my breakthrough in the financial realm. I started thinking about what it would be like and how I would buy myself a new bed. I pictured a fluffy mattress and I could see & feel myself sleeping on it. I could feel what it would be like waking up in the morning refreshed and ready for the day.
At that point something changed inside me. It seemed so real I started to cry with tears of joy and started thanking God for the bed. Then I realized I was thanking God for something I didn’t even have in the natural yet – only by faith. But it was so real it was as if I actually had it.
I knew I was getting closer to tapping into a deeper measure of faith. Even though I didn’t have a new bed in the natural, I was fully persuaded in my spirit.
So Tuesday I cut out the picture of that bed and posted it above my computer. I was going to use it to start my vision board.
Wednesday evening at church a greeter greeted me with some encouraging words. It reminded me of what happened the day before and I shared quickly that I just had a recent breakthrough in the financial area and was able to see myself getting a new bed. After service, the greeter and her husband said we want to take you shopping tomorrow to buy a new bed!!!!!!!!
Thursday at noon, 3 days after seeing the ad, I had a brand new bed. Not used or even a cheap one. They insisted on the top of the line, pillow top, fluffy mattress. And sleeping on it last night made me feel like a princess and for the first time in years when I woke up my back did not hurt!!
I’m in tears of thanksgiving as I write this…that my God cares about me personally. Not just my daughters, family, and friends. But God loves me!
I’ve learned I have to work on my receiver and quit saying no to God and start saying Yes God. I can believe all I want – but if I’m not willing to receive when the blessings come…then I’m just plain stupid!
Everything in me wanted to tell that couple not to spend their hard earned money on me. I know what they did was a huge, huge sacrifice! A step of faith for them. Yet, I knew I needed to learn to receive when God provides. I never expected they would offer to buy me a bed and I didn’t share my situation in anyway expecting them or anyone to.
Actually I had God in a box and saw myself reaching a certain level of income and then being able to go buy the bed myself sometime within the next year. I guess I need to also get God out of a box and let Him be God and do things His way in His timing! :0)
There is so much about this experience I could go into depth about. But I just wanted to share the quick version with you. I am so unbelievably thankful!!
I’ve never owned a new bed before. This truly feels like a gift from Heaven. And other than from a few close family members, I’ve never received such a generous, cheerful, self-less, act of love and kindness from someone.
Galatians 5:7 says whatsoever a man sows he shall reap.
This couple and their family has a great harvest coming for their obedience to the Word of God and the generous act of giving they sowed in my life. May the favor of God be on them and bless the works of their hands and may everything they do prosper and the blessings of God pour on them in such abundance it is more than they can contain!
Lisa & Russell, I call you and your family blessed in Jesus Name! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! :0)
I encourage you all to get the Word of God in you until you are fully persuaded and live the life God intends you to live! The hour is short.
Be blessed to be a blessing,
Brenda

12How Does My Faith Affect My Prosperity? Discover Abundance Tapping Faith
Filed in: Faith by Admin on 05-12-09How Does My Faith Affect My Prosperity?
Discover Abundance Tapping Faith
Having little faith equals having little prosperity in your life. It is important that you learn how to take daily steps to increase your faith.
Faith opens the door to unlimited creative power, resources, success and abundance. No one can advance further in life than the level of their faith in God, themselves, and in their missions in life. Faith leads to every great achievement. A lack of faith simply equals a lack of prosperity because it prevents you from reaching your desired outcome.
Our faith is not just empty fantasy, but a positive substance. It is a real creative force. It is a force that produces.
Hebrews 11:1 says, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
Faith leads to every great achievement. Faith does not think or guess. It knows and sees the way out. The person supported by faith persists and achieves what they go after. It is through faith that the greatest discoveries and inventions are made.
The lack of faith in your life toward God, yourself, or your purpose is a hindering factor in being prosperous and successful. As human beings it seems to be such a difficult task to discover the great possibilities within ourselves and establish the faith needed to inspire and pursue our ambitions.
How do we increase our faith and unlock that enormous power within us?
In Romans 10:17 we are told that faith comes by hearing, and hearing the Word of God. Notice it tells us that faith comes by not just hearing once but hearing over and over. Also take note that it requires hearing the Word of God. We can have a measure of faith in a lot of areas, but without a growing faith in God’s Word, we limit ourselves.
Faith is emphasized more than almost any other thing throughout the Bible. The miraculous power of faith to achieve and to accomplish is constantly being emphasized. Christ said many times, “According to thy faith be it unto you.” He emphasized the two words ‘faith’ and ‘belief’ more than all others. These seemed to be the magic words that tapped into a tremendous force more powerful than plugging into electricity.
God made you for success, not failure. He wants you to prosper. So encourage yourself daily with positive affirmations and find out what God’s Word has to say about who you are. Increasing your faith daily keeps the doubts away. Use great faith to prosper and be the magnificent success God intended you to be! :0)
May you experience growing prosperity in your life as your faith increases daily!
Be blessed,
Brenda

06What Gives Us the Right to Enter God’s Presence?
Filed in: Intimacy with God by Admin on 05-06-09What Gives Us the Right to Enter God’s Presence?
We enjoyed guest ministers, Mark and Trina Hankins, last night at our church. They’ll actually be ministering to us three nights in a row.
They taught on what seems to be a taboo message that freaks people out a little. And frankly, I think the only reason that is, is because it’s not talked about enough. The blood of Jesus.
Mark Hankins taught on the things connected and associated with the power that is available in the blood that Jesus paid on the cross. His main reference was in Hebrews 10:19-22 and how because of the blood we can boldly access the throne of God.
We have boldness to enter into the Holiest by the blood of Jesus. Hebrews 10:19
The price Jesus paid covers more than forgiveness & our salvation. The blood also pays for freedom from a sin consciousness and freedom from the curse (such as poverty, sickness, and depression). Our faith in the blood is the currency that pays for these freedoms.
What Christ did is perfect and the blood alone has done everything. Perfect.
But our access to it (which is by faith) can be imperfect.
In the Old Testament only the high priest was able to enter the throne room and he did it in fear. We now have a better covenant and not only have access to the Holiest, but we are told to go boldly.
Our conscious (inner voice, reminding us of past sins) can shut down our heart and keep us from entering into the presence of God. Our heart needs to be open to fully move into His presence.
It’s the blood of Jesus and the Holy Spirit working together that opens up our heart and has a magnetic like pull to take us into the presence of God.
Hebrews 10:22 tells us to draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith.
Have unshakeable assurance that God, our Father, is eager to see us. When we show up He is happy to see us. :0) He wants to fellowship with us!
God wants us to draw near to him, but we have to do the “drawing near”. Mark Hankins reminded us that God has not moved. We are the ones who have drawn back.
We are to go boldly to the throne of God to obtain mercy and grace for help in time of need (Heb 4:16). If we don’t get bold and go, we’ll continue to carry our own burdens. And we have to be bold; because the devil is doing everything he can to distract us!
Like any will, that is only available to the inheritors after a death, God’s will in the New Testament became available after the death of Jesus.
The apostle Paul says that as believers we have a massive inheritance! Everything He gave to Jesus is ours. Equal possession with equal position.
If the enemy can hinder us to take our position, he can take our possession.
You have to take your position to take your possession and prosper. Open your heart to the fellowship of the Father. And don’t be satisfied with an intellectual relationship.
God is our Father. He wants and desires us to come to Him. He wants to fellowship and have a close relationship with us. And because of the price Jesus paid we have the right to be in the presence of God.
How do we know if we have been in His presence? If we have joy.
You cannot access His presence without being changed and come out with joy. In His presence is the fullness of joy!
I pray that we all may purpose to spend more time in His life changing presence!
God bless you,
Brenda
